Fabulous weekend

The property was amazing! Very cozy! We had our coffee by the fireplace in the mornings and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the evening. The couples shower was also nice. The location was close to all the attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They booked our shows for us. Check in very easy. Will stay there again!!

Great place, great location.

Everything was great and comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure when taking a shower. It was very low. Took a while to get shampoo out. Love the shower besides that.

Branson Getaway

The Overall property was enjoyable although maintenance was lacking. Entrance patio board would sag when entering cabin, tiles in the entryway and bathroom were loose and grout was missing causing the tile to move. Appliances were nice and bed was very comfortable. Based on seating and space this is definitely only a two person cabin.

Anniversary get-a-way

Overall was a cozy cabin was private even though it is walking distance to many attractions. The cabin is older but has been kept up well. It was large enough to not feel closed in. The bed was adequate with a really good fan above the bed. This was needed because the airconditioner had trouble keeping the teperature at 70 degrees. It was a hot August weekend with average temps in the low 90's. The only thing I wish was that there were designated parking for your cabin. Both nights we returned from shows with someone in the only spot at out entrance. We had to use someone elses open spot and walk back to our cabin. All in all we enjoyed our time here. The staff at the Thousand Hills vacation reservation and service were outstanding. Everyone we talked with was excited to help and always very curtious.

The cabin was nice. The parking should have been explained to guests because we often had to park down from our drive because others guests were parked in our spots.We stayed for a week. After a few days we requested additional supplies (we were provided enough for about two days) and were told we could drive 20 minutes to their check in building and get what we needed. The customer service wasn't great. Maybe because it's a tourist town.

over all stay was relaxing but that cabin really needs some help. The mold and mildew smell was very bad but I really couldn't ask for another place after listening to a conversation that a lady was having with some one else on the phone the night I was checking in. I was also trying to explain the situation with lady when I was checking out but it seemed like her food was more important than me .
