Very nice stay

We had a very nice week in Chapelle-Guillaume - children and parents (six people in total) really enjoyed the nice pool and the generously equipped house and garden. Would book again!

Nice house and beautifull garden and pool

The house is great with lots of space, big kitchen and livingroom. Nice play areas for the kids. Everything is clean and up to date. Outside is the very beautifull garden with private pool and terras. The location is very quiet, but the small town not so much to do. Supermarket by car is approx 10 minutes

Fantastic Property with exceptional property manager

We stayed for one week in July/Aug and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and tidy with a great set of facilities, particularly for children (cot, high chair, stair gates etc). The pool is definitely the highlight at it is very well maintained and is heated which means it can be used for the whole family. Geanina is an amazing host who responds promptly to requests and is really helpful in making your stay perfect. There is a good supermarket (Intermarche) within 10 mins drive and also an amazing patisserie and boulangerie (Aux Co'Pains Gourmands).

Quiet countryside luxury

This is such a special place. The location is very quiet and beautiful but the home and pool are the standout stars. Considering the age of the property, we expected it to be very clean but not pristine. It became a joke that we couldn’t find one inch of the property that wasn’t utterly spotless. The couple are lovely and the home has everything you need even with young children. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Nous avons passé un super séjour accompagnés de nos enfants et petits-fils.Le lieu est superbe et dépaysant. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. Tout est très bien pensé et très bien décoré. La literie est excellente, la piscine est grande et chauffée et les jeux pour les enfants sont top.La communication avec l'hôte est excellente et l'hôte est tres réactive et arrangeante.Nous avons passé trois jours formidables et nous avons tous envie de revenir.

Hebergement tres propre et nouvellement rénové cependant l'étage comprote des passage tres bas de plafonds, ce qui est un gros désagrément pour les personnes de grande taille. Un connexion internet instable et difficile fmdans certaine partie de la maison peuvent compliquer le sejour si celle-ci est indispensable. Pour finir le jardin est accessible unquement via un escalier oùu faire le tour par en sortant dans la rue. Toute la maison est tres bien équipée avec un merveilleuse et spacieuse cuisine, une belle piscine, un beau jardin et le calme de la campagne ont fait de ce sejour un sejour tres agreable pour toute la famille.

Heerlijke vakantie in Frankrijk!!

Fijn huis met heerlijke tuin om 2 weken te verblijven. Zwembad was verwarmd, waardoor het iedere dag, zwemweer was. Ook de veranda in de ochtend met een kopje koffie werd zeer gewaardeerd. Het dorp zelf was heel rustig, gelegen in een mooi agrarisch landschap. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en bakker zijn 7 min rijden in een dorpje verderop. In de omgeving is genoeg te ontdekken en beleven, van kastelen en forten tot kanoën een grot en in onze periode zelfs een middeleeuws festival. Ook een bezoek aan grote steden zoals Orleans en Le Mans (met race-circuit) zijn goed te doen. Onze twee weken zijn voorbij gevlogen. We willen zeker nog eens terug.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes, aber sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Mit Kicker, viel Küchenzubehör, riesiger Couch und grossen TV. Garten und Pool sind gepflegt. Aber: Die Betten sind leider keine Standardlänge, für Menschen ab 1,75/1,80 zu kurz. Das Dorf ist sehr heruntergekommen, das Nachbarhaus verfallen. Auf dem Dach kämpfen nachts Katzen. Alles in allem: Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie, uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann ich es nicht.

SEJOUR PARFAIT

La maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Elle est très bien décorée et équipée comme si vous étiez chez vous. Elle est spacieuse, à 7 nous étions à l'aise. La piscine chauffée a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Nous y retournerons surement car pour passer des bons moments et se reposer elle est parfaite.

Séjour des plus reposant aux portes du Perche

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour trouver de la détente et du repos dans ce gîte au milieu de la campagne percheronne. Le gîte est très bien tenu, bien équipé et spacieux pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est très agréable pour les repas en famille avec une vue sur la campagne et le jardin. La piscine est assez spacieuse et propre et bien chauffée. C’est un vrai plus de ce gîte. Merci aux propriétaires pour cet agréable séjour.

Maison confortable et propre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Mais la maison est au coeur d’un village, au bord d’une route passante. On entend beaucoup les voitures. Et la piscine est minuscule et beaucoup de vis à vis des voisins. Tout petit jardin.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Geanina, ils ont été arrangeants sur nos horaires d'arrivée et départ, tout était très propre, très bien rangé, la maison était idéale pour 8 personnes, entre amis. Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine chauffée et du barbecue. Même quand il pleuvait, il y a un espace extérieur à l'abri. Rien à dire, nous sommes ravis et gardons cette adresse pour la prochaine fois ! Merci pour tout !

Pour un séjour chaleureux en famille !

Nous avons passé un très bon réveillon de Noël dans cette demeure pleine de charme...Deux belles et grandes pièces (salon et cuisine), nous permettent de nous retrouver tous ensemble; d'autres espaces nous donne la possibilité d'être plus isolés, et les 3 chambres sont agréables. Nous nous sommes promis d'y retourner aux beaux jours, afin de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur ! Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse...

Une grande et agréable maison avec une belle âme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et avec des amis dans cette maison à la fois dans son jus et moderne. Tout y était fonctionnel et bien décoré. Petit bémol sur les échardes sur le solarium en bois pour les petons de nos enfants ainsi que sur la literie pas très confortable et l’église toute proche qui sonne toutes les heures ainsi que les matines à 7:00 du matin mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bon moments. Les hôtes sont très à l’écoute et accueillants.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a lovely tranquil village. The house was so clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was probably the cleanest we have ever had on holiday and was so much appreciated in the hot weather. The location was great, within easy reach of Paris and Le Mans and lots of interesting nearby villages. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful.
