Suficiente

El estudio está bien. Bien decorado y equipado, sobre todo en menaje de cocina. La ubicación es muy conveniente para esquiar, la pena es que este año había muy poca nieve, per recuerdo haber llegado hasta el edificio esquiando otros años. Le resta puntos la situación general del edificio, sobre todo las zonas comunes, que necesitan un arreglo e inversión en renovación urgente. La mitad de los ascensores no funcionan, faltan luces en los pasillo, hay zonas rotas y con desconchones en las paredes,... Desde que se construyó no han invertido un euro. Una lástima.

bien placé

l'appartement en lui même est top et bien placé par contre les parties communes comme le hall d'entrée et les ascenseurs sales et pas du tout entretenus. un seul ascenseur sur deux en fonctionnement et les escaliers de l'entrée pas pratique et limite dangereux . mais heureusement que la location elle même est bien propre avec tout le nécessaire , seul bémol pour la douche un peu petite.

Séjour parfait, propriétaire à l’écoute et très sympathique, emplacement génial, toutes commodités à pied, le seul bémol est qu’il faut bien repartir un jour.😉
