Steps from the beach, Cape Kiwanda, and all that Pacific City has to offer, our clean and fully furnished townhouse is located within the exclusive Shorepine community. You and yours will have so many options of things to do and pleasant memories to make.
Taking strolls on the beach, relaxing by the fireplace, playing ping-pong in the garage, boogie-boarding, adventuring around the area, enjoying friends and family around our large, open-concept living and kitchen area are some of what awaits!
Our two-story townhouse has both bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, while another bathroom, living, kitchen and dining areas are located downstairs.
In the detached garage, you will find a ping-pong table ready for the next tournament, boogie boards to ride on surf and sand, along with beach toys and chairs for making your next beach trip enjoyable and fun!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all windows and return furniture, equipment and house as they found. Used bed(s) sheets and pillow cases can be stripped and, along with all used towels, placed on downstairs bathroom floor.
Remove all foodstuff from fridge and deposit all garbage in bin in enclosure area adjacent to parking lot (Bin for 5902). Redeemable containers for recycling can be put in labelled bin in garage.
Close all windows and return furniture, equipment and house as they were found.
Close and lock garage and entry doors, return key ring to lockbox, close and randomize code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
