This was a great stay experience! The house was very clean and the amenities were a joy to use. The documentation for how to use the pool was clear and easy. The location is great and had better than expected views of the lake. The pool was huge and deep, so lots of fun to be had there. Would recommend booking with Kevin and this property!

This house was AMAZING! The pictures really don't do it justice. Our family enjoyed a week at this beautiful lake-front home. The house is very spacious and the outdoor living and pool area is phenomenal. The host also provides the best cookware and appliances in both kitchens (indoor and outdoor). We would most definitely recommend this home to all our family and friends!

This is our second time staying at this fabulous home. We came last year for a family reunion and fell in love with it. This home is beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of seating for our large family to comfortably hang out indoors and outdoors. The kids loved the game room, pool, hot tub, and having a bed room large enough for all the cousins sleep in the same room. All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds and great bedding so you wake up well rested. This is the most relaxing and comfortable place we have ever stayed in that can accommodate our family of twelve. I especially loved the well appointed kitchen. You actually have everything you need to cook with and aren’t having to run to the store constantly to grab something. Kevin has thought of absolutely to make you feel right at home! The pictures don’t do it justice. This is a hidden gem!We will be back again next year.

Kevin was an AMAZING host and his communication with us was SPOT ON and very timely!!! The property was stunning and we absolutely loved the very well-equipped kitchen where we prepared every meal from scratch!!! The pool was used and enjoyed every day of our stay and we also had a lot of fun in the game room with the ping pong table. Although this trip was solely for some R&R with just my husband and I.....it would be highly recommended for families or couples wanting to get away with a lot of space!!THANK YOU KEVIN for all that you did to help me have an AMAZING bday get away with my husband...mission accomplished!!!

Bella Vista stay

Host was very welcoming and everything was great! The house is fully equipped and ready for multiple families to stay there! The teens love the game room and upstairs bunk room. The adults enjoy the stocked kitchen, laundry room and outside area. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for another great stay at your beautiful home! We will be back!

Amazing family vacation spot!

The property was amazing! Perfect for hosting a large family! The views were gorgeous from the house overlooking the pool and the lake! The accommodations were clean, open Spaces for large gatherings, and the outdoor area was phenomenal! Loved having the pool to keep us cool in the hot weather and when we were not on a boat! The owners were helpful if we needed anything, and the communication was very clear ! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this home! It’s just a special place and the perfect lake getaway! The Kitchen is stocked and well prepared for big families. The teens loved the kayaks, the game room and the kid sleeping room on the second floor. They have their own private areas. We all loved the pool and the patio. It was an amazing family vacation! We will be back!

AMAZING GETAWAY

We really enjoyed the quiet of the location, the house was amazing and exceptionally clean. Kevin was very attentive to questions which came up and quick to answer any questionswe had. We will be looking to come back and relax. Thank you for a very nice quiet getaway!!
