Welcome to a SUPERIOR stay!

This recently remodeled walkout basement is perfect for working or vacation in CO. You will have the entire place for yourself, the space is private including a lovely lighted patio with a fire pit, grill and hammock.

You will enter a place that is spotless clean.


We are conveniently located near E470 Toll and I-225. Supermarkets (King Soopers and Safeway) are 3min away. Southlands shopping center is only 5 miles away and you can find great restaurants, shops, movie theater and bars.

We are near Aurora Reservoir and Cherry Creek Reservoir.
If you are bringing your dog with you, there is a park at walking distance.

Served its purpose

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the AC/Heat not being on it's own thermostat made for some challenges but the host worked through them with us as they came up - there were also a lot of spiders and pincher bugs and the yard wasn't as clean/enjoyable as photos reflected but there was a great school park and walking trail nearby. The location was great and the doggy door was the main appeal to us. Having more than one set of towels for our length of stay, especially with no in-unit laundry would have been great as well. The host was friendly and understanding when we made heat/AC requests.

Our Aurora stay

Very nice and it was so clean . It was a little chilly for us as did not have a downstairs thermostat but they did provide a portable heater which helped. .

Beautiful Colorado

We recently stayed at a beautiful VRBO property. Wonderful experience. The location was perfect and situated in a quiet neighborhood in Aurora Colorado. The surrounding area was charming with plenty of restaurants and shopping all within a short drive on the property. The host for fantastic, and their communication was top-notch. They provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay and work quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Overall, I cannot recommend this VRBO rental enough! If you’re looking for a beautifully appointed rental in a fantastic location, look no further!

Wonderful Little Spot

This property was a wonderful little spot for our stay. Was so close to the fairgrounds where I was attending a dog show. The property gave us our privacy and was very easy to get to! Top rate property that I woulf highly recommended!

Home Away From Home

When we first entered our vacation stay, it seemed almost too good to be true and we kept saying, there must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Amanda is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and was such a pleasure to talk to. Her pups are also the cutest! The space was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was just the right size and contained everything one needs. The bed was comfortable, bathroom and patio were absolutely excellent. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Great place to stay!

House was clean and comfortable. Loved the tiny little yard it was perfect for our little chihuahua. You can hear the pups upstairs at times but it was never super loud, and did not hear them early morning or late at night. Amanda was very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay!

Amanda was so great! There was a lot of clear communication, the space was so clean with so many extra treats and amenities. Had our pup with us and it’s a great space for pets with a private enclosed outdoor space. Amanda also got us thoughtful extras since we stayed over Thanksgiving. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect for Daisy and me

My dog Daisy and I loved our stay here! It was spacious and sparkling clean and the fenced yard was perfect. Morning coffee in a hammock? Yes please. The kitchen was well supplied and there was a wonderful walking path just steps away for our morning walks. Amanda was very responsive and sweet. The neighborhood was great but it is about 40 minutes from downtown Denver and an hour from Boulder (I was visiting friends in both places) and that was the ONLY thing that was not perfect for me. I would definitely stay there again.

Mothers Day Weekend

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with my son in Aurora and my son that travelled with me from Roeland Park KS. Was perfect for us to prepare meals, enjoy the grill and fire pit, watch Royals and Blues games! Very welcoming and pet friendly!

Fantastic dog friendly modern home

We very much enjoyed the modern style of the home. It was also very dog friendly which took away the stress of traveling with our pups. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!
