Bright and spacious 2-bedroom unit in North Aurora

This is the only 2 star review we’ve ever received and we have a ton more reviews on other platforms. We apologize we weren’t as prompt in responding to one of your questions via the application, we do provide our cell phone number in case you need it. The property address provided is for the building, in the instructions we clearly state your unit number. We’ve never had any complaints about the tap water which comes from the city. As far as kitchen items are concerned we provide most basics including pots, pans, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, creamers, sugar, paper towels silverware, cutlery, cooking utensils dinnerware, cups and glassware. Not sure what else was expected. We hope our next guests come to us first and give us an opportunity to help resolve any issues.
