Our house has a beautiful view of the sea towards Castelsardo, a place from the 12th Century (with historic town centre).

From the rooftop terrace you can even enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea. You can hear the waves gushing and in the evenings you can enjoy the tranquillity and the concert of crickets.

The beach is only 500 metres, the first restaurant and a supermarket can be reached easily on foot in 200 m.

The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bed rooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a toilet and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Furthermore the spaciously laid house has a living room with kitchenette (= fitted kitchen), indoor fireplace, satellite TV, a large furnished veranda with barbecue, plus a rooftop terrace, which offers a wonderful panoramic view over the sea and the village.

All beds have pillows and blankets. Bedding and towels can be rented from us for a fee.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities that you will require for cooking and eating, (pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc.). If something is missing or have been broken, we can add or replace it at any time. Ironing board is also available.

We also have has a large reception and lounge with Internet (Wi-Fi) on the property. Furthermore, we hand out a multi-sided, self-made travel guide to our guests free of cost. Lot of insider-tips and an updated calendar of events are also included.
