Summary:
Book Direct with Central Oregon Vacation Homes. Lovely 3rd floor Condo with a private balcony overlooking the Deschutes River, great access to all the amenities of Bend whether they are in the great outdoors or Downtown Bend! You will love the location of this condo, with quick access to HWY 97, Mt. Bachelor and easy walking distance to all the fun on Wall and Bond St. You will find all that you need here at Riverside Condo, we can`t wait for you to visit!

The Space:
**Riverside Condo is on the 3rd floor, there is NO elevator- so travel light.**

This condo is a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. Conveniently there is a queen size murphy bed as well for any extra guests- up to 4 people total. The bedroom has a king bed in it as well as a desk for your laptop and a vanity to use to get ready for your day. The master bathroom has a standing shower and so much space to store all your toiletries!

The condo has a full kitchen including a full-size fridge, an electric stove, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher. It is equipped with everything you could need for your stay including spices. Cook a delicious and eat it right next to the river!

The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and a TV to watch all your favorite shows. You will find the murphy bed in the living room as well as a comfortable couch and a reclining chair. There is also a second vanity for your use!

At the end of the living room a sliding glass door will take you out to the balcony. It is a private balcony that overlooks the Deschutes River. The condo is right next to pioneer park and is just a few minutes' walk or drive from many walking paths. Enjoy the riverfront walking trail that leads to many of Bend`s amazing eateries and local small shops.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire condo and the laundry facility in a separate building. The pool and hot tub are accessed by key card.

The Neighborhood:
Relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life by taking a stroll, falling asleep reading a book, or visiting the breathtaking Cascade Lakes only 25-minutes away. Bend Oregon has plenty for the whole family to do from shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, festivals, hiking and more. Walk half a block to the park, with access to Deschutes river. Close to Downtown, enjoy the local night life!

Cute but moldy

Unfortunately, every nice thing that I could say about this property is overshadowed by the smell. When you walk in, there is an overwhelming smell of mold. We tried to mitigate it by keeping the door to the porch open, but with cold weather or, in our case, smoke, it was not always possible. The property manager offered to drop off Febreze, but that was it. Very disappointing.

Wonderful

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the view and the ability to walk to everything and easy access to the main hwy. The second bathroom was really nice to have and air conditioning. Hosts were very communicative.
