This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Neighborhood Hotel and again, it was perfect for our needs. The unit had everything we needed, a large kitchen that was well stocked. A kitchen table that we were able to set up as workspace that makes it easy for us to work while visiting our Chicago. A nice living room area with a TV with streaming capabilities. Check in was super easy. Not for someone who has difficulty with stairs as there is no elevator. All in all, I highly recommend this place and will stay again for my next visit to Chicago.

For our family of five, this cool little apartment was perfect! Everyone had a bed and we had a lot more space and amenities than we would've had in a hotel room. The location was great for walking the neighborhood and was just a 10-minute drive into the city!

Easy code-in entry. Clean and tidy apartment. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Newer furniture and appliances. Responsive repair supervisor. I know that the repair super is responsive because there were several items in need of attention. The dishwasher would keep the detergent door closed during the wash cycle. The clothes washer would keep the last rinse water in the tub. The clothes dryer could only handle drying a third of a washer-load at a time. The air conditioner in the master bedroom would beep and reset every ten minutes. But the repair supervisor sent a technician to help address concerns, so that was good. All in all, a pleasant place in a fun and active neighborhood.

Family visit

It was a great property close to restaurants and stores. Easy access to downtown Chicago and walking distance to the lake. The condo was spacious with lots of natural light. Everything needed to cook and or bring in take out. Very quite and comfortable. Will definitely stay her again when we return
