Great location, just outside of downtown and its surrounded by great restaurants. We stayed here to be close to the ritz, we had a xoupke of shows back to back so it made things very easy. The house is definitely cozy. I would love to be able to stay here again.
The property was clean, well equipped, and beautiful. It is located closed to many restaurants and great shopping. The host contacted us to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend staying here!
This property is exactly as listed. The host is incredible and so prompt in her responses to questions. If I could stay here again, I'd do it in a heartbeat!
We were in town for Galaxycon Raleigh att the convention center and this was a super convenient home base. Plenty of room for our cosplayers to get ready. Comfy, cute house in a great quiet neighborhood. Host was very communicative.
Our family stayed here while we transitioned to our new home. We created some sweet memories staying here. Stacey is super responsive and happy to help with whatever one needs. We also loved the neighborhood!
Pros: Stacy is great! The house is in a great location (quiet, safe neighborhood that is close to everything) and has excellent water pressure and a comfy king sized bed.
Cons: The fenced in yard needs care as does the outside of the house which is full of dust and cobwebs. Both are fixable and I believe will be taken care of soon.
I enjoyed my stay nonetheless and Stacy is really nice and a good and prompt communicator. Would return! Thanks!
We recently spent a week at this charming little home and had a wonderful experience. The house, was exactly as shown in the pictures and full of character. We encountered a minor issue with the oven hood range upon arrival, but the host addressed it promptly and was very kind and responsive. Similarly, an issue with the oven door was resolved quickly.
The bedrooms were spacious, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras like laundry detergent, fabric softener, a few rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels.
The location was fantastic, with downtown and other amenities just a short drive away—never more than 10 minutes. The couch was very comfortable, and the beds were supportive, though on the firmer side. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Disappointed
We typically travel with our three small dogs, making dog-friendliness one of the most important things we look for in a house. We were misled, ended up getting a refund, cancelled all of our weekend travel plans and drove home an hour after we arrived.- If marked as pet-friendly and featuring a fenced-in yard, it should be shared that there is no exterior door to the fenced in area. To get your dogs into the yard you have to leash them, carry them, or trust them to not run off.- The fence is in disrepair. The bottom has such a big gape that there is firewood blocking it off to fill in the gaps. The slats in the gate are loose; you barely had to touch it for them to fall apart.- The backyard isn’t maintained. Most is covered in dirt and the rest is full of brush and vines that don’t appear to have been trimmed in some time. - The exterior door in the kitchen has a crack big enough that sunlight comes through.- The bathroom has uneven, stained floors and dirty/cracked grout, and while we were on the property, we were killing ants in there.- While we were making plans to leave, our dogs found 3 or 4 half-chewed rawhide bones. Some under the couch, some next to it, and honestly not sure where they found the rest. It’s questionable how well the house gets cleaned. We received an immediate refund. However, afterwards, the home went back up for rent immediately regardless of the reported issues. We hope the owner decides to make some changes for future renters.
We absolutely love this house! The decor is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable I was bummed to leave:) we were able to check in early and had spectacular communication with the owner! The house was spotless! The shower is heavenly. One of my girls went and got another shower before checkout just to use the rain head again ;) The location could not be more perfect! The Crabtree mall is close and is one of the last amazing indoor malls I’ve seen.. we went to Cowfish for dinner one night and would totally recommend it! We went to a awesome restaurant/bar another night called Stir. I would also recommend it. This property is seriously within 10 minutes of anything you want to do on vacation in Raleigh! We even went for a walk around Shelley Lake. A nice 2 mile walk around the lake was needed after all the delish food we had! I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!
The house was adorable and perfect for our group of 5 girls. The location was great, we were downtown in minutes and able to walk to a brewery close by. The property manager was so sweet and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience!
The location was convenient to everything - dinner, drinks, grocery, gas, coffee, etc. It was clean and cute and even the neighbors were nice. Owner was in touch prior to and during our stay.
I stayed here during my bridal shower weekend with a few bridesmaids and my dog - we cannot say enough great things about the property! All of the pink decor was perfect for the bridal focused weekend and we all agreed we want the host to decorate the interior design of our own homes. Everything is designed so well! Comfortable and very clean furniture, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for pets! The location is a quick 6 minute Uber ride to Glenwood st too. Everything was great expect the WiFi was a little slow, it worked on our phones fine but I just wouldn’t recommend planning to work remotely (one of my friends tried to and couldn’t upload a work video to YouTube and had to run to a nearby coffee shop for faster bandwidth). The host is very responsive and I Highly recommend this property!
Bride, Groom, and the Maids of Honor loved this house!
We rented the house for the weekend of a friends wedding, we were able to relax and unwind before and after the weekend! Thank you so very much! We had such a wonderful weekend!
Very much enjoyed our stay. The house has a great kitchen and nice fenced in yard for the dog. All of the appliances were new. The beds were very comfortable and it is a quiet neighborhood. Very nice neighbors who were all dog friendly. The location is fantastic with great local restaurants all within a short drive or walk. Stacy made the entire process smooth and efficient also providing some nice touches at check-in (wine & popcorn). Overall, we recommend a stay here if you need a home in the Raleigh area.
This property is just as it is shown. Nice quiet neighborhood and clean and very nice house. Just wish there had been more information left in the house regarding numbers for property manager and when to put the garbage out etc. Not complaining we really liked this place.
