`Eagle's View' Modern Farmhouse, Hot Tub, Extraordinary Mt Washington Views

This restored 1930's farmhouse has the look and feel of times gone by but with all the modern features of today's living.

Treat yourself to a tranquil vacation retreat that is uniquely private and within close proximity to all the attractions that make the Mount Washington Valley renowned. The home we call `Eagles View' is conveniently located minutes from the center of North Conway, just south of the Intervale overlook. Inside the spacious contemporary home you will find 4 floors, all with incredible mountain and valley views. The summit of Mount Washington can be seen from the deck and bedrooms as you look across the expansive Saco river conservation land.

The house is perfect for two families to share a vacation and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. We offer two separate king master suites, each with private baths as well as two additional bedrooms. (4 full and two half baths in total)

The open-plan first floor features a mudroom, half bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen that includes a new gas cook top, granite counters and a granite farmers sink. A six-foot farmer's table provides plenty of space for family dinners (another table in the family room can seat additional people). Adjacent to the kitchen is a huge family room complete with cathedral ceilings, wood stove and 16 feet of sliding glass doors that open to the 600 square-foot covered Farmers Porch and deck where you can enjoy peace and solitude with great views. Adjacent to the family room is the first floor king master suite which provides stunning views of Mt Washington.

The second floor features a second king master suite with amazing views of the Saco valley and Moat Mountains. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with side-by-side enamel cast iron bathtubs, as well as a shower. In addition to a king sized bed, this room also has a twin futon. The second floor has an additional bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin bed as well as an adjacent full bathroom.

The upper level is well suited for younger members of the family with a full bath and loft bedroom with a queen bed and 2 single beds.

Finally, our finished lower level serves as a Media/Game Room with flat screen TV, foosball table and a half bath as well as plenty of extra sleeping (Daybed, twin trundle, full size Futon and a queen air mattress).

Extensively updated in 2022, our house now includes mini split air conditioning/heating on 3 floors and in all bedrooms (lower level does not have mini split AC but is outfitted with a portable AC unit)

The hot tub is located in a separate glassed-in room on the lower level.

For families traveling with small children we include a Lotus travel crib and a Pack n Play crib, 3 baby gates, highchair, booster high chair and City Mini stroller. We also provide children’s plates, cups & utensils as well as a toddler bed rail. There are also plenty of books and toys for all ages (board games, sleds, lawn games etc).

Whether your interest is skiing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, shopping or just relaxing, the location of this house is ideally situated. Access to the Intervale Ski Touring trail system is straight out the door. It’s three minutes to the valley's major downtown attractions, a few short miles to the spectacular North Conway public golf course, to Echo Lake, and to extensive hiking trails in the National forest, including the beautiful waterfalls and swimming pools of Diana’s Baths. The Saco and Swift Rivers are very close by for water sports. Only 4 miles to Storyland!

Awaiting you in North Conway Village is tax-free outlet shopping, a plethora of amazing restaurants, great nightly entertainment, numerous seasonal activities, sightseeing, and good old New Hampshire hospitality.
