La piscine qui est indiqué sur l annonce n etait pas ouverte avant le 4 juillet cela devrait être précisé sur l annonce et dans l établissement.L accueil qui devait être ouverte au heure prévu il y avait personne donc compliqué pour une demande.

L appartement est très bien placé et agencé mais mal entretenu. Canapé lit avec confort rudimentaire.Literie douloureuse Robinet branlant , couette sale, aspirateur cassé et refus de le remplacer. Il n y a que le strict minimum. Dommage pour un si bel appartement

Mitigée

Le logement est plutôt bien. Par contre, si vous louez tout début septembre, il faut savoir que toutes les prestations contenues dans le descriptif (piscine, sauna, commerçes à proximité) ne sont pas disponibles. En effet, tout est fermé y compris les remontées mécaniques, l'Office du Tourisme, etc. Il aurait été correct de nous informer de ce désagrément. Nous avons contacté le loueur pour un dédommagement, sur les conseils de l'Agence, mais n'avons eu aucune réponse. Néanmoins, en nous adaptant, notre séjour s'est bien déroulé.
