The apartment is a tastefully decorated newly converted medical clinic in downtown kimberley with a view of the ski hill from all the front windows.It boasts the largest patio in kimberley and also has private parking with 2 parking spaces. Despite it being on the second floor the entrance is level with the parking lot at the back with only one step.The foyer is large and has room for skis or golf clubs and any gear. 3 equally sized bedrooms with queen sized beds a closet in each room. Each bed has high end linens, extra pillows and blankets.. 2 full bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a very large tub ventless washer/dryer and a view of the ski hill. Bathroom #2 has a rain shower. Open concept kitchen dinning and living room with an amazing view. Kitchen has a Kureig, french press, pots pans, sub zero fridge freezer, induction stove/ oven, dishwasher, dinner setting for 8, salt and pepper. The 1,200 square foot patio seats 10 comfortably at the table many lounge chairs and a fire table. Everything is new in this perfectly located apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed — from a great coffee maker to well-stocked dishes and kitchen supplies. It was easy to find and in a nice location, close to everything yet peaceful. A great place to relax — we’d definitely stay again!
This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location. Tracy was an excellent host, and the appartement is tastefully designed, with everything needed for a lovely getaway.
Great location, very short drive to the ski hill, enjoyed the options afforded by being in town rather than on the ski hill as well. Unit had all the amenities our family needed, would stay here again.
Rented for a quick getaway over the holidays and were very pleased. Cozy and relaxing for the family with easy walking to stores and restaurants, 3 minute drive to the ski hill. We look forward to returning in the summer.
Friends and I had a great stay at Tracy’s penthouse. Unit is nicely appointed and the patio is amazing. We were walking distance to all the shops restaurants and grocery stores. Tracy provided everything we could possibly need.
We were stuck inside, due to the weather, much of our stay and it was a great place to stay in, play games and enjoy the little good weather we had on the amazing patio.
Had a great time and the location is perfect. Quick drive or ride to the hill and the trails but perfect for town. Right off the platzl. Gorgeous big deck. Cheerful decor and easy to teach owners with any questions. Highly recommend if you are going to Kimberley!
The condo was beautiful and clean, with everything we could possibly need. Great outdoor space, massive patio. The hosts went above and beyond with fresh fruit, baking and beautiful flowers to start our trip off right.
Our family of four adults stayed at this lovely condo for 5 days. This was our second time staying here, and it was just as nice as our visit two years ago. Superb location to walk out to shops/Resturant's and a 5 minute drive to the ski hill. All the amenities we needed to cook and have enjoy some family time. We recommended this to friends who also loved the location. We’ll be back!
Our experience at this condo was fabulous. It is beautiful and very well maintained. The host was excellent about communicating all details for maximum enjoyment of the condo and the town. And the location was perfect. Easy access to the hill, groceries, the platz....We will return.
Great place and location. It got quite hot with the sun and the AC did not work. Deck was perfect for gathering with friends.

We have a full time maintenance worker on site. The air conditioning appears to be working and it maybe that it was not properly turned on via the thermostat.
It’s always best to communicate with the owners in these circumstances so such things can be rectified.

Our first impression upon walking in was WOW! Such a beautiful space. So clean, smelled great! It was like a show home. The deck was amazing and we were in the middle of everything in regards to location. It was our first time in Kimberley and Definitley not our last. Thank you for providing an amazing space for us.
Loved being able to stay so close to the Platzl, walking distance to everything you could need.
A bit disappointed in the level of cleanliness- vent above the fridge was coated in dust, mirrors were dirty too. I also had to reach behind the bed to plug in a lamp and came up with dust all over my shirt, and then the lamp didn’t work.
Overall would probably stay again for the location and awesome patio.

I appreciate your input but YOU had requested an early check in and we made every effort to accommodate you by losing cleaning time. I apologize for any extra dust. Kimberley is currently experiencing an extreme amount of fluff from the trees and a large amount of extra dust due to the construction being done close by. It will be rectified. Though you left the apartment mostly clean it is a requirement in our guest book and online to remove the bed sheets and pillow cases and put them into the laundry room for the cleaners as they have very little turnaround time for the next arriving guests. Booked this rental to accommodate 4 adults in a family attending a wedding. The location at the Kimberley platzl is fantastic and lounging on the huge deck with its ski-hill view on a hot sunny afternoon is unbelievable. Great 3-bedroom 2-bathroom layout, with a terrific kitchen and eating area set up. Check in was seamless, and the host kindly left a fresh baguette from a local bakery and fresh flowers. Even timed our stay with the weekly farmers’ market on the street below. Clean, modern, comfortable, well appointed and supplied — highly recommended for a small group. Excellent access to all the shops, restaurants, bars, groceries and bakeries.
I liked the property and the location but I will never book
With Vrbo again. They have a horrible cancellation policy and to many add ons. They charge 100. Dollars for cleaning and you have to do all the cleaning. The property starts out sounding reasonable but after all the add one it’s outrageous!
The condo is located in the heart of Kimberley, close to all shops, restaurants and pubs. The condo itself is well fitted out with a large terrace deck and would comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This property is unique and has a great central location. It has grand views from main living area and deck. The south facing location made for a super place to lay in the sun and relax in the afternoons. We were there to ski Kimberley. It snowed 15cm during our visit making it an amazing ski holiday. We enjoyed coming back from the ski hill (5 min drive) to relax then walk across the street to the square for supper. Loved Loved the central location. It is beautifully finished and furnished. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. In the summer the deck will be a FANTASTIC hang out place. We will stay here again on our next Kimberley trip. It would be a fantastic couples get away place.

Tracy grew up In kimberley. Al grew up in Reddeer. We have traveled all over the world only to find that the mountains, small town vibe, and all that Kimberley has to offer is Unparalleled. We have extensive family in the area and the community is vibrant and friendly. We enjoy traveling to Germany every year to see family and would compare Kimberley to a little European town. The skiing, golfing, cycling are amazing as is just taking a stroll on the paths or downtown.
