The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy.
A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This second floor queen suite offers a comfortable setting for your restful night's sleep with cozy linens, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and private en suite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a table with 2 chairs just outside your room making outdoor living easy to access!

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out of your room to find a bright and breezy sundeck with loungers to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Down below lies a sparking, shared pool to refresh your senses on a warm summer's afternoon. Convenient off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis although you are located just a short walk or bike ride to anything you could need within the Old Town district.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and it was very nice having the full kitchen available. It was walking distance to everything we did but in a quieter area than Duval Street. The room is on the smaller side which is typical for Key West but there is plenty of outdoor space to spread out. The Keurig in the kitchen worked better than the one in our room. Water pressure and temperature in shower was not the greatest but everything else was great.
