This ocean view two-bedroom duplex is located in North Pacific Beach. One-car garage parking is included. The duplex is just steps from a swimming and surfing beach. Walk, jog, bike, or skate along the boardwalk for miles.
Fully equipped with everything but the beach towels! Wireless Internet, LCD TV with YouTubeTV accounts, beach chairs, and linens. We allow a maximum of 4 Guests. No pets allowed and we rent to non-smokers only, with no smoking allowed on the premises.
The home is perfect for a comfortable getaway that is close to the eclectic mix of restaurants, shops, and coffeehouses that make up Pacific Beach. It's close to Mission Beach and Belmont Park. Sea World is about ten minutes away. San Diego International Airport is about 20 minutes away, and the San Diego Zoo is about 25 minutes away.
This duplex is excellent for corporate temporary lodging; year round rental weeks and months are available.

Can’t say enough great things about this place!

What a perfect location! Right near the beach , lots of dining options , free yoga on the grassy hill near the unit. This property was immaculate ! Very cozy and organized. Property management was superb and quick to respond to any question or need.our family truly enjoyed our stay with comfy beds and ocean views! Thank you!!!

Right on the beach

I have never stayed so close to the beach. Just a short walk across the street and down to the sand. The kids absolutely adored it and we played at the beach all but one day of our stay. The courtyard in the back with the hose and bucket to rinse off made keeping the sand OUT of the rental easy (and I HATE sand). About a 20 minute drive from the zoo, Cabrillo, and the aquarium. Great walking neighborhood - restaurants and stores to the south and beautiful homes to look at going east. Highly recommend and hope to be back for a long weekend in the near future.

Wonderful stay by the beach

Loved this unit with ocean view at the top of the Law St. beach. Gorgeous views, nice clean unit, very accommodating host. Small but had everything we needed including garage. Come stay here and watch the surfers and yogis arriving while you eat breakfast on the patio!

Great Stay - Close to the Beach

This is a great place to stay, clean and close to the beach. Garage included, and close to restaurants. The manager is friendly and available when needed. We'll be staying here again soon.

Ken and Julie Labbe, are the Owners/Managers of 2-2 bedrooms and 2-1 bedroom apartments at 625-631 Law St in the north Pacific Beach area of San Diego, CA 92109. They both grew up in the Pacific Beach area and live close by to address any/all questions or concerns during your stay.

Why they chose this property

The location is ideal, close enough to walk to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants, yet far enough to get away from the crowds. Law St is a great street with a true neighborhood feel. Each of the apartments has been carefully restored by Ken and are lovingly maintained to wow you with the cleanliness we work hard to provide.
