Convenient location

This was in a good location to get to all the activities in San Antonio. The master bed was comfortable and they had lots of extras like wireless chargers, fans, extra pillows & blankets. The house is a little dated and neighbors next door have a small dog that barks first thing in the morning! All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so there is a good set of stairs to climb. Overall it was a great fit for us.

Clean and good location

Nice place but did have a shortage of towels and kitchen utinsels. Two hand towels for 6 people.

Some issues

Let me start by saying that the house was very nice and clean. The price to book was somewhat misleading. Once you book the property, then they charge a cleaning fee. Wish they would have been upfront with the cleaning fee before booking. On the day of arrival, we drove up at about 4:20. The cleaning people were still there, so we left to go meet some family and got back to the property a little after 7. I sent the host several messages but never got a reply. Finally, after getting customer service from Vrbo(which had me on hold for over 30 minutes) we were able to contact the host, who unlocked the property and gave us the code to get in. We did not get into the property until after 8 PM. I really don't know which party to blame. We pressed the Ring doorbell when we first got there,but nothing happened. The host said that vrbo had been having some issues. Who knows??
