Pretty detached house on 5000m2 property including the owners' house. Isolated on the heights of the village, facing the Pyrenees. Ground floor: Kitchen area (dishwasher, oven and microwave, 2 gas and 2 induction hobs), dining area, lounge (TV). Internet connection by cable and Wifi. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room (Italian shower) with wc. Storage room (washing machine, fridge-freezer). Attic floor: mezzanine (sofa, play area), toilet area (basin and wc), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Electric heating in supplement. Reversible air conditioning in the living room. Possibility to rent sheets and bathroom linen 40 € all for 4 people. Large wooded grounds with beautiful view, south-facing covered terrace with old bread oven, awning, garden furniture, swing, electric plancha table. Shelter 1 car. Common courtyard parking.
