Schön gelegen, aber leider nicht wirklich sauber

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und gut geschnitten. Leider etwas wenig Stauraum. Bei "Einzug" hat es sehr nach kaltem Rauch gerochen und Asche lag am Boden. Insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber.
