2022 renovated with a mountain / design touch, this 27sqm cozy studio located in Argentière is perfect for mountain lovers, eager to discover the beauty of the valley while enjoying the comfort of a modern apartment.

The apartment has a sleeping area, a separate kitchen, a very comfortable living room with a sofa overlooking Mont Blanc and direct access to the garden and the swimming pool of the condominium (June-August). Please note that we're pleased to welcome parents with baby

Whether as a couple or with friends, you will enjoy:

➤ Its location less than 5 min walk from the ski lifts
➤ To be able to observe the mountain range from your sofa (garden level facing south)
➤ Take a dip in the swimming pool in summer
➤ Have your coffee while admiring the mountain views
➤ Relax after a day of trekking by watching an adventure film on the last generation TV or in a bathtub.
➤ Recover completely at night to enjoy the valley during the day thanks to high quality Emma brand bedding in the bedroom
➤ Keep your equipment safe in a dedicated ski locker
➤ Do not worry about anything, everything is already available for you to enjoy your stay: washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen equipment (oven, raclette / fondue machine, etc.), Samsung home type TV cinema, hi-fi system etc ...

➤ L’Alpain: The best bakery in the area, just a 3-minute walk away! Go there with your eyes closed, everything is done on site the same day. We fell in love with the blueberry pie.

➤ La Crèmerie du Glacier: Whether on foot in summer or on skis in winter, La The Crèmerie du Glacier is one of the best addresses. In the middle of the mountains, you can have a cheese crust with genepi while enjoying the lush nature!

➤ Discover the valley differently / the Little Red Train:
The little red train which passes just behind the apartment allows you to simply descend to Chamonix, but also to see the valley from another point of view.
If you decide to take it, remember to take the maps provided in the apartment. They will allow you to take it for free

➤ (Re) discover cross-country skiing:
Rent your touring skis at Intersport (1850 Rte d'Argentière) and put on your shoes directly to set off on a circuit that will take you through the forest and cross pretty rivers. Stop for a bite to eat on the way to the ice cream parlor.

➤ La P'tite Verte:
For a more "classic" restaurant, you can make a reservation at the p’tite verte and eat all kinds of cheese specialties.

➤ Fubar:
Go to the Fubar to debrief his day of skiing, play ping pong / billiards / take a mechanical bull ride and drink a few beers with friends.

➤ L’Argentero:
Have a beer after a long day of skiing at Argentero at the bottom of the slopes, in high season there is often music playing.

Car: You will be able to leave your car in the public and free parking located at the other side of the road.

Train : The property is located at 8min walking distance from the Argentière train station.

Un hébergement agréable et bien situé

Malgré sa petite surface, l’appartement est très bien pensé et a été aménagé de manière optimale et avec beaucoup de goût. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour en toute autonomie et se situe à quelques minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados), le canapé-lit est un peu “limite” niveau confort pour des adultes et les rangements sont limités mais cela reste acceptable. Pour un séjour à deux, c’est vraiment parfait. Le service est très bon par ailleurs, les propriétaires sont restés à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour et ont été très réactifs lorsque nous leur avons signalé un souci technique au niveau de la chaudière. Une bonne adresse !
