Lovely house

The house was in a lovely location, very convenient for the beach and town centre. The house had all we needed with well equipped kitchen, private parking and a safe garden for our dog. We had a relaxing stay, in a peaceful part of town.

Cette maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son emplacement (proche à la fois du centre-ville et des rives de la Dives), son jardin clos, sa propreté, la procédure de remise des clés facilitée par l’agence. Une excellente adresse pour les propriétaires de chien, d’autant que la plage qui leur est dédiée est proche de la villa.

wahrscheinlich wieder, ein paar Dinge könnten schnell behoben werden

Ferienhaus Cabourg Gefallen hat uns: sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Meer oder in den Ort oder dem Markt. Eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurant entweder in Cabourg oder über die Fussgängerbrücke in Dives-sur-Mer. Der Hundestrand war auch unmittelbar am Haus. Der Garten war perfekt und ideal für unseren Mischling (ca. 40cm). Das Haus wurde kürzlich scheinbar renoviert, alle Fenster neu und die Zimmer frisch renoviert. Die Küche ist klein, aber perfekt eingerichtet und man findet sich sehr schnell zurecht. Esszimmer mit Bank und Stühlen an einem tollen alten Tisch. Im Badezimmer und den Toiletten wäre der kurze Besuch einen Installateurs oder Hausmeister sinnvoll, die Wasserhähne und Toilettensitze sind alle locker. Eine bessere Abdichtung der Duschabtrennung wäre wünschenswert. Die Betten bequem und auch ziemlich neu, alles bestens. Das Internet ist extrem langsam. Nach Messung unter 1Mbit. Die Verwaltung war freundlich und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Der größte Kritikpunkt waren die Möbel, das Sofa und die Sessel sind extrem unbequem. Warum gibt es auf der Terrasse keinen Liegestuhl? Sehr unangenehm fanden wir auch, das die Bilder im Portal von der Wirklichkeit abweichen, wie es dann war. Das sollte nicht sein. Hier sehen die Möbel bequemer aus und auf der Terrasse stehen Liegestühle.

Aufenthalt in Cabourg

Ein sehr schönes Haus, die Küche etwas klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe, Betten waren bequem. Die Badewanne ist sehr klein, auch zum Duschen. Diese war auch leider sehr dreckig, der ganze Abfluss voller fremder Haare!! Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, daher war es zeitweise etwas laut. Im großen und ganzen aber hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Tolle Tage in der Normandie!

Sehr gepflegte und geschmackvolles Haus, nahe am Strand. Alles was man braucht und vieles mehr vorhanden. Nett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Dazu das große Grundstück mit Terrasse. Einfach top. Zur Stadt in wenigen Minuten, kaum Verkehrslärm. Alles zusammen sehr gutes Arrangement.

Maison coquette et agréable

Séjour en novembre, Petite maison dans joli jardin assez proche du front de mer. Cabourg est un vrai petit paradis. Maison fonctionnelle par ses fenêtres et volets roulants électriques, agréable à vivre même si quelques équipements sont vieillots. Pas d’hésitation à avoir !
