Outside: garden, patios, and a spa/jacuzzi for 5 people. Parking for 3 cars. Services included (cleaning, welcome, linen in summer). Non-smoking, no pets. Ideal for a comfortable seaside stay.

La Central of the Island of Ré offers you this bright house with SPA / Jacuzzi fully renovated and located 250m from the beach and shops.



Comfortable, elegantly decorated, the house has a through lounge with fully equipped kitchen.



ON THE GROUND FLOOR:



Spacious, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen.



ROOM 1: 1 double bed 140x190.

ROOM 2: 1 double bed 140x190.

ROOM 3: 2 single beds 80x200 with an en-suite bathroom including a shower and a washbasin.

There is also a second bathroom including a shower and washbasin.

Two toilets.



ON THE OUTSIDE:



Outdoor Spa / Jacuzzi for 5 people.

The spa is maintained weekly by the pool technician.

Garden and patios.

Parking available for 3 vehicles and bicycles.

Possibility of parking in front of the house.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.



Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!

Great place

Getting over the bridge took a while (long queues) but when we saw the property we were very pleased. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room inside and outside. The bed was comfy and the ensuite shower great. Loved the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose here! There were good bars and restaurants within walking distance along with a fantastic bakers!! The island had plenty of sites for us to visit and really enjoyed taking the boat to La Rochelle. Be aware of the number of bikes on the roads, never seen so many! May be if we come back we'll hire some and join in. A great holiday destination.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la Villa l’Arroche Marine ! La maison est très agréable et bien située. Pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi au retour de journées bien remplies était particulièrement appréciable.

Escapade à l'Ile de Ré

Une maison en tous points conformes au descriptif: très agréable et bien aménagée. Le jardin est un havre de paix. Le jaccuzi est un plus indéniable. Nous sommes tous enchantés par ce séjour.
