Air-Conditioned Mini-Villa by the Sea with Mountain Views

A 40 m² air-conditioned mini-villa located just a few metres from the sea in the Alba Serena resort in Poggio Mezzana. A peaceful home offering a relaxing stay for the whole family, with a private garden and a child-safe environment.

The Accommodation
The villa features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
and a kitchen that opens onto the living room, which features a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom offers a view of the sea and the mountains and features one double bed (140 x 190).
In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed consisting of one double bed (140 x 190) and one single bed (90 x 190). A travel cot is also available, as well as a booster seat for babies.
Two covered terraces with an enclosed outdoor garden, equipped with a table, patio chairs, two lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a parking space in front of the villa’s entrance. Three bicycles are available: two women’s bikes (24-inch and 26-inch) and one men’s bike (26-inch).

Bed linens are provided; bath towels and beach towels are not included.

A baker makes rounds in the residence every morning during high season, and a butcher comes on Wednesdays

We ask guests to place trash bags in the containers provided at the entrance to the residence.
We kindly ask that you remove the bed linens at the end of your stay.

Eine kleine Villa mit Garten am Meer

Angenehme Unterkunft mit zwei Terrassen (je nach Bedarf immer Sonne oder Schatten) und kleinem Garten. Alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Langer, schöner Sandstrand mit bunten Steinen gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

L'intérieur de la maisonnette était très propre et les chambres spacieuses et confortables. La douche extérieure était très utile et agréable au retour de la plage. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur autant qu'on l'aurait souhaité à cause du manque d'ombre et de végétation et d'une forte odeur de chat.

Nous sommes désolés pour les chats, nous sommes entrain de palier à cette problématique. Pour l'extérieur, nous avons deux terrasses ombragées selon l'exposition du soleil. Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire.
