Apartment located in the countryside, halfway between TOULON and HYERES LES PALMIERS.<br>Access to a large number of nearby shops (carrefour, leclerc, lidl, aldi, Intermarché.......)<br><br>Apartment ALL COMFORT -1 private parking space <br>- Large covered terrace of 20 m2 with garden furniture <br>- 2 bedrooms with storage, one with a double bed (160x200) for 2 people and the other bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) <br>- 1 shower room - 1 separate toilet <br>- 1 equipped kitchen (induction hob, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine) - numerous dishes and kitchen utensils - electric table plancha - toaster <br>- dining room + sofa - Large screen TV - Free Wifi and Netflix -<br><br>Sheets, pillowcases and summer duvets are provided. It is to be shared with us, the owners. It is very rare that we swim during the day. <br><br>The first beaches are 5 km away:<br>- Le Pradet: the Garonne, the Bonnettes, the Monaco, the Oursinières....<br>- Carqueiranne<br><br>You can also go to the beaches of:<br>- Hyères les palmiers (la Bergerie, l'Aygade, l'Almanarre........)<br>- the Giens peninsula<br>- Toulon (beaches of Mourillon)<br>- Cavalaire<br><br>See you soon!

Petit appartement charmant et très bien entretenu situé près des commerces tout en étant dans la nature. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très bien entretenue. La région du Var situé entre Marseille et Saint Tropez offre une multitude d'activités. Annick et Tony sont des personnes charmantes disponibles Nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

Sehr gepflegte, komfortable und gut ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung, und tolle, sympathische Gastgeber, die alles tun, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Region „Var“ hat viel zu bieten, in der Mitte zwischen Marseilles und St. Tropez, mit sehr schönen Stränden und toller Natur im hügeligen Hinterland, sehr guten Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Musikfestivals, Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt. Wir und unsere „Kinder“ im Alter von 8 bis 20 Jahren haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Vacances à la crau

Location parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. De nombreux rangements sont disponibles pour les vêtements ou autres. En cuisine, il y’a largement le nécessaire pour tous les repas. La literie est plutôt confortable, seul un bémol, c’est la canapé du salon qui n’est pas du tout confortable, mais après en avoir discuté avec les propriétaires, il doit être changer. La terrasse est très agréable. Le cadre de la la piscine est magnifique. Valeur ajoutée du séjour, les propriétaires sont réactifs aux demandes et disponibles.

Les propriétaires très gentils et serviable, mais juste certains détails qui ne sont pas précisés ,comme l horaire de la piscine et juste manque de place pour mettre ces affaires et pas approprié pour 3 adultes(divan petit et salle de bain aussi manque d armoires).mais le cadre magnifique et compense cela .merci

Les horaires de piscine sont visibles sur l'annonce ainsi que sur la note d'information affichée dans l'appartement et sur le contrat que vous avez signé René. Pour le rangement, vous disposiez dans une des chambres d'une commode 4 tiroirs et 2 tables de nuit et dans l'autre chambre un placard avec 9 grandes étagères, une penderie et une table de nuit. Pour ranger vos courses vous aviez 5 étagères disponibles dans la cuisine et un meuble sous vasque dans la salle de bain. Vous aviez 2 chaises longues supplémentaires dans la penderie pour vous installer plus confortablement que vous n'avez pas souhaité utiliser. Ah oui, j'oubliai René ! Vous avez tout de même apprécié la grande terrasse ainsi que la piscine et son cadre magnifique, l'utilisation de notre cuisine d'été.......... Notre appartement est tout simplement une location de vacances René ! Nous pensons que la note que vous nous avez attribué n'est pas du tout appropriée. Pour notre part, nous retiendrons de vous et de vos 2 enfants, les excellents moments que nous avons partagés.

Tel est le maître mot de notre séjour. Annick et Tony ont toujours veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien, et que nous soyons bien installés. La propriété est très bien tenu, et la piscine très propre. Un bonheur!!
