Fly screens on a patio door in the living area and each on a window in the bedrooms. Nice large terrace with modern table and chairs and sun loungers. The terrace is partly roofed determined that uncovered side can be shaded by an awning. Air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms. Forecourt with seating. Garage and laundry space. Golf cart can go fee for the lease are concerned.
