Bad location. NO communication with management.

We were advised that a lock containing the key was in a building infront of the apartment. The managment people did not tell us the number of the lock. Fortunately we arrived earlier rhan check in time and the person cleaning the apartment gave us the number so we could get in. If the cleaning person would not have been there, we would have had to go to a hotel. We are still waiting for response of our email to management informing them of the situation and waiting for the lock number. Accomodation for five people is impossible. Barely three. The announced fouton is impossible for an adult to sleep there. There is only ONE bathroom, separated in two different areas. Shower and sink in one and toilette and another sink in the other. That is not even bath and a half. Not good. Bad neighborhood. Beautiful Brussels.

Good location, shame about the dads

Well-kept, new and clean apartment. The nice and spacious double bedroom, the very large and comfortable bathroom, the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The location is great for sightseeing. only flaw the beds: we were 5 adults, the three of us who slept in the living room have drilled the small and very hard beds, therefore uncomfortable. Pity! surely the host can improve this aspect! Overall more than positive judgment.
