Upgrades include plantation shutters throughout, Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring, granite counters, all new windows, stainless steel appliances. All one level living include open kitchen to living room with cathedral ceilings, new windows, fireplace. Spacious master with jacuzzi tub, shower. Guest bedroom with private bathroom. Private brick patio in the back of unit with great golf front views. Has washer and dryer. Condo does require steps to access front door. Parking is first come, first serve.

Very nice place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A pleasant month in the Sandhills.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice, well equipped open concept condo in a nice, central location right on the Longleaf golf course. A few minor quibbles, no sweeping broom, broken glass door on fireplace, door lock mechanism was iffy near the end, no recycling information. Staff were pleasant deal with.
