All around incredible home for a large group. The property was recently updated, so it's even better than the photos. Proximity to the mountain is unbeatable.

Guests treated our house like their home. Could not ask for more. Also, a plumbing issue came up during their stay. They were very patient during New Year's holiday as we got service people to take care of problem. Great guests!
The house was everything as advertised. Great location to the village and lifts and very comfortable, and the children absolutely loved the upstairs cubbies to sleep in. Everything was well stocked and maintained and Ben was great with his communication and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this house and owner. Thank you for the great stay.
Loved the multiple seating areas throughout the house. Comfortable beds. Only wished for better lighting (needs dimmer switches or more floor/ accent lighting) and recycling option! Walkable to slopes and village.
We VRBO all over the country. We like to stay in nice places and don't mind paying for it. This house is right up there at the top with some of the nicest places we've ever stayed. It's a true classic Colorado home. The rooms were huge, kitchen was amazing, location was amazing, it checks all the boxes. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We are already making plans to stay here again.
The family had a wonderful time in the beautiful home. It had spacious and comfortable common spaces, a cozy nook off the large kitchen for the most perfect bird watching overlooking a creek and snow covered trees. The hot tub is tucked off the kitchen and primary bedroom overlooking the creek and has hooks for towels. The bunk room with charging shelves in each bunk were perfect. The laundry was great to wash all the gear. There was ample room for all the gear to dry after skiing and snowmobiling. The beds were comfortable. It was a great location. Close to everything. Short drive to lifts, outtings, restaurants and shopping. We ordered in once and got some groceries. If we had wanted to cook, we would have had more than enough to have a 5 course meal for our whole group. Ben is a fantastic host.

Best guests ever. They respected our house as if it were there own.
John met us at the home to go over the details of the house. He was available and responsive to texts. There was plenty of room for our party of 12. It was a little bit further than we expected from the main resort area. Quick drive but too far carrying ski equipment. Hot tub was the great after day on the slopes. The bunk room was great for the boys, one girl slept in futon and one girl slept on couch. The 3 couples each had spacious rooms.
Our family had an unforgettable stay at the River Run house in Keystone. We will be back for sure to create even more memories. This home is absolutely incredible. So much space. A cabin built for royalty. The views were breathtaking. A must book for Families. 5 stars!!
The home is absolutely beautiful - we were a family of 11 and it fit us perfectly! It offered everything we could have asked for and more. Stunning views, great location and many amenities. Amazing!
We spent 5 amazing days in this gorgeous property . It’s location is a short walk away from keystone ski lift .
The 3 masters were spacious and the kids camped in the room with 4 beds .
The owner was super responsive and all in all it was a great holiday .

The guests treated our house as if it were their home. Cannot say just how much that means to us. They were model renters. Thank you.
This Log Home was wonderful. Great location. Very spacious, clean, open and well furnished. The Saltwater Hot Tub was great as well.
We definitely recommend it highly and we will rent it again in the future.
My girlfriend and I had a great stay at this home. The home is wonderfully positioned along a stream which you can hear as you drift off to sleep at night. The house is also perfect for larger groups. I can imagine multiple couples spending time here and each having total privacy. Nice large kitchen but unfortunately lots of random supplies (many cans of smoked clams, multiple brands of opened stale cereal, and other people’s leftovers) but few of the absolute requirements (eight bags of decaf coffee but no regular coffee, no plastic wrap, tinfoil, etc.). A Nespresso coffee machine is advertised but no coffee pods. The house is somewhat dated and could use some easy upgrades. Also be aware that there are multiple surveillance cameras outside including visualization of the outside hot tub. Just an FYI. As an experienced villa renter I would say this home is average for the price. Can you do better? Absolutely. Is this a lovely home? Absolutely.

Wow!
Wow! Great location and view. Easy walk to the slopes. The house is beautifully laid out and furnished. The gourmet kitchen is magnificent. Much nicer than other properties that we have stayed at. Everything worked. Everyone wished that we could have stayed longer and we will be back.

Excellent house in a great location
This is a summer stay as this house is very close to the events center where my daughter was married. It had room. for the family members that needed to be close and allowed us to spend lots of time together. The place and kitchen is huge, 4 separate conversation areas, gas and log fireplace. Only nits are minor in that there was not a coffee grinder.

The property was gorgeous, just as the pictures on the website showed. Will definitely book this place again. Sky run staff were very attentive and always fulfilled our needs. The house was in a great location to fit our needs for skiing. The kitchen was great, we cooked breakfast & dinner every day. Would definitely recommend to others! It fit our family of 6 adults & 4 kids perfectly!!

Perfect home for family gathering
Very nice home with plenty of space for our family gathering of 6 adults and 2 grandchildren! Home recently updated and nicely furnished, walkable to River Run area gondola, shops, and restaurants. Large private hot tub. One negative - heat not working well in main kitchen, dining, lounging area, and gas fireplace not working in that area either. Having car useful for trips to other resort locations (eg, Adventure Center for dinner sleigh ride) as well as large grocery about 15 minutes away in Dillon, sad taxis and Uber not plentiful. Note: property checkin not until 4 pm and checkout time early at 10 am makes skiing on day of arrival and departure difficult. No property management shuttle available from checkin SkyRun location to house, so plan on trying to find public transport or having rental car for your gear.

Perfect Vacation Rental
Perfect vacation spot for a family or a group of friends. A short walk across a parking lot to the town village for shopping, restaurants, supplies and of course, a Starbucks! The home is wonderfully furnished and comfortable. AND the kitchen is amazing; everything one could possibly desire in a kitchen. Lots of counter space and two islands for group cooking. Large bedrooms and baths, finely appointed. We would leave our window open at night to hear the water from the rolling stream at the edge of the property. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks through the beautiful neighborhoods; loved the flora and fauna. Our visits have been in the summer, and we look forward to going back again and again.

Amazing home in a great location
Beautiful home with great amenities and plenty of room for our extended family. We walked to the Keystone Gonola for sking and activities for the children. Very comfortable and with the beautiful wood finishes a warm and cozy place even though it a rather large home. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Friends / Family Trip
We spent a weekend away with three families with our young children. 6 adults, 7 children under the age of 6 and we had an absolute amazing trip. The entire process - from check-in to check-out was fantastic. Great space for all families, almost all the bedrooms felt like master suites and the kids LOVED the common kids sleeping room and "train coach" like beds. Steps away from the ski lifts, food, and entertainment, fireplaces, massive kitchen and great deck - nothing to complain about at all! We will be back!
