Wake up from the Florida sun!

Our apartment is in a quiet, ingrown community incl. Heated pool, hot tub and tennis, directly on a golf course. Here are located within the community bicycle paths, beautiful running trails and the opportunity to use the golf course by arrangement fee.

The apartment is on the ground floor with southern exposure and a small, upstream forest as a natural sunscreen. The apartment includes a new, very well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer with ice preparation in which you will find everything for cooking. The bedrooms have walk-in closets, TV, bed linen and typical 'bedcovers'. The bathrooms are with bath incl. Shower and towels fully equipped. The spacious living room with integrated dining area provides a comfortable place to feel at home. Here is also a TV with DVD player. The terrace is from the living room as well as from. 1 Bedroom is accessible and equipped with warm colors. Wifi, washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and an additional storage room also belong to.

Great place in Naples

The property manager and owner where wonderful to work with. The property was clean, well maintained and convenient to all the local attractions. Highly recommend this place

Great condo

I echo what previous reviewers have said - quiet setting but close to great shopping and amenities. Supermarket is a 3-minute drive. Serene view from the rear lanai. Well-provisioned. Mile-long paved sidewalk circles the development - great for morning walks. Ground-floor unit keeps cool. We didn't have to run the a/c the whole month we were there. Good value.

Location location. Great condo in a great location. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping golf & beach. Condo is well stocked with everything you need. Owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. A friendly community. Would definitely return.

Vacation

I can highly recommend this lovely condo. The location is excellent...close to shops and ten minutes from the beach. Any problems were quickly addressed. The view from the screened porch consists of an assortment of trees and offers privacy.i have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning next season.
