The Charming Waterfront Efficiency, hosted by a local, is an independent 1 bedroom, 1 bath, private suite, attached, yet separate from main house. Be sure to read to the end of this. The property is sanctuary like, private and quiet. Fully equipped kitchenette, TV, full cable, internet, off street parking, covered veranda for lounging/ dining, grill, and side deck. Convenient location...walking dist. to many restaurants!!! See the photos of the various venues one can easily walk or bike to within blocks of the Charming Bungalow. Owner has been a five star Super Host for years on other sites and intends to keep the quality of the bungalow going to continue this trend. Laundry service provided for guests staying one week or more. Everything anyone could possibly need to enjoy time unwinding, relaxing and resetting one's energy, including a fully equipped kitchenette, as detailed in this post. Owner has lived and loved Naples since 1977 and is a full time Realtor, who will happily give guidance regarding where to go to fully enjoy your vacation in paradise. This location, only 2 miles to the wonders of popular 5th Avenue in Olde Naples, 3 miles to the gorgeous beaches of Olde Naples, convenient to several amazing food shopping venues with take out options, pharmacies and much more, is one you will appreciate and remember. After a day of adventuring, shopping and playing in SW Florida, you will find peace and serenity in your home away from home at the Charming Waterfront Bungalow. Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property, even outside. Smoke travels! Bungalow is licensed with Collier County for short term rentals. Currently there are two homes being built nearby that create construction noise during the weekdays. It can start as early as 7-8 am and last until 3-4 pm. It is right across the canal from this efficiency. It also makes the deck off the efficiency less private. Therefore the owner has reduced the nightly fee from $145. to $100. to compensate for this. If you are going to be gone a lot, this might not impact you too much. There's never noise at night and rare on weekends.

Mr. Shark has been back daily and my friend on the other side of Bayshore had a visitation from a manatee. Very lucky. I enjoyed meeting you, Chris. You're a great guy. I do want to say, I don't think it was thoughtful of you to smoke inside the bungalow. The rental states no smoking in the description. The smell was in the sheets and entire room. Fortunately I have a ionizer which helped a lot, but, not completely. I hope you consider this with your future stays in other locales. With two sitting areas included with that rental, there were outside options for the smoking. Kind Regards, KB

Bernard and his wife are very sweet people. I'm not sure they were the perfect match for this property, in certain ways. I'll leave it at that. They left the bungalow in great shape and were very low impact guests.

Wonderful Naples stay

This bungalow was fantastic. There is a semi private porch where you can sit under the trees on the waterway. The place was spotless had all the privacy we needed, much larger than expected and all amenities were in excellent working order. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is absolutely stunning!

Do yourself a favor and stay here while in Naples!. This place is so relaxing, by the canal, everything one needs and more. Walking distance to excellent food, bar, coffee. Karen is an excellent host, excellent tips of the area, easy to reach.

A peaceful spot in Naples

This is a lovely place to stay, watching the wildlife from the jetty was a particular highlight, we enjoyed our stay in the cottage immensely. Like most places in Florida, you need a car.

Easy check-in process. The rental was just as described and it was very clean. It was well appointed with thoughtful amenities. Very nice deck to sit out on. Such a cute place- we loved staying here! The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating and had a bunch of amenities for us to use. The place was clean, well kept, and spacious! Great Stay.

This property has such a cute atmosphere and is private. Very inviting and has easy access to Fifth avenue and the beautiful beaches of Naples. The property comes with lots extras that allow you to explore and create adventures ie. bikes, beach cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs etc.. Perfect place to relax and take in the ambience. We will definitely be back ☺️
