Come and enjoy a stay in the heart of nature in this superb new chalet, located in Puyvalador, in the Pyrenees Orientales, in the heart of the Capcir region.
The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people and comprises a large living room with a sitting area around the wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms. Pretty terrace and large garden open onto nature. Outdoor parking. Bed linen and towels included. Ideal for a relaxing stay in summer or winter!

Ground floor:
- Entrance with storage space for sledges or skis
- Living room approx. 30 m² with :
Sitting area with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove. Firewood supplied.
Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee/cappuccino machine, raclette and fondue machines... The chalet does not have a dishwasher.

First floor:
Accessed by a wooden staircase, you'll find two large bedrooms of 22 and 27 m².
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200 cm, sofa bed.
- Bedroom 3: double bed 160 x 200 cm, sofa convertible into double bed.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail.

Exterior:
- Covered east-facing terrace (approx. 10 m²) with barbecue and garden furniture, offering superb lake and mountain views.
- Unenclosed garden, open to the surrounding countryside.
- Outdoor parking in front of the chalet

The chalet is located in an extremely quiet subdivision.
Numerous farms are nearby, with the possibility of buying produce directly from producers.
- Formiguères 4 km away: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, tobacconist and newsagent, bike rental, ski equipment, restaurants, bar, tourist office.
- Les Angles 10 km away: shops, Angleo Spa, Lac de Matemale, Les Angles animal park in Capcir...

Summer: hiking and biking, water sports around Lac de Puyvalador, fishing, Lou bac in Les Angles, wildlife park, Fontrabiouse caves, Lac de Matemale leisure park, Formiguères swimming pool and spa...
