Summer memories
We had rhe best time staying at this fabulous property. The house is old so there are some things that are bound to happen. Like not enough plugs in our modern tech world. But it was so much fun the pool and hot tub . Many great memories made.
The house may need a few minor repairs, but overall we found the space roomy, relaxing, and super comfortable. Tennis, swimming pool, televisions, kitchen—and an excellent, central location. Will book again when we return to St. George.
This property is in an excellent location and could be a beautiful home. Bedrooms are all a good size but some outlets didn’t work or tripped when in use. Bathrooms have cracking tile and need some basic maintenance. Back porch of the main bedroom needs repaired as it had 2x4’s covering up broken areas. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for my big family. The character of this home is amazing. When we arrived, the pool was very dirty and had not been cleaned for use which was the main reason I booked this property. The owner was responsive to my request to have it cleaned and had someone there the next day. Overall, it is a beautiful home in a great location and having a private pool and hot tub is a big bonus.…it just needs some of the small maintenance and cosmetic things addressed.
We love this home and its location and would love to come back!

Perfect spot for a extended family trip
My siblings and our families met up here for a great vacation. The property was perfect for an extended family. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The large dining table and comfy couch were great gathering spots and the pool was wonderful and family friendly. I loved there was a locking gate. The property was beautiful.
We did have a few issues while staying there. It's apparent that the property is historical and not super well kept, but most of it was stuff we could overlook. The kitchen was well stocked, but a lot of mismatched items and strange utensils. We had some issues with the pool and jacuzzi - my brother and husband had to do some filter cleaning and stuff to keep them working properly. When we arrived, the outdoor trashcans were full and we had no where to put our traash. My brother in law finally went through and cleaned up, the flies and maggots were invading us so we couldn't stand it much longer. He took out all the recycling, washed the trash cans and made room for trash.
They finally sent a maintenance person over who used tape to fix the jacuzzi pipe and gave us extra trash bags to solve the trash can issue.
The owner was not as communicative as I would have liked (for instance when I asked her if there was a washing machine, she replied yes but failed to mention it was around the backside of the pool house and required a key to open, so you really had to hunt for it... and when I asked if there was a kitchenette she said no, but could have happily added that there was a mini fridge).
I am the type of traveler that likes a lot of information about the place I am staying, and this was certainly not like that BUT all that being said, the property was a great set up for all of us and the kids enjoyed the pool and big grassy areas to play. We would definitely recommend it to others, just with the disclaimer that it needed some maintenance and deep cleaning.
This property is definitely old but nice enough. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were fine. Could use a deep cleaning on baseboards and bathroom fans. The pool was nice and heated. The tennis court needs some TLC. The hot tub was very dirty and had some repairs done while we were there. The floors are creaky so you knew when people were moving around upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. The property is really fun and there was plenty of space for our party of 15. I would probably stay here again.
The house is historic and in walking distance to downtown. The grounds are very pretty. Inside, the carpet and furniture are very worn and old. Some doors do not work well. It was functional but very dated. There is not washer and dryer.

Stepping Back in Time
House is old, but has charm. It could use some updates to get rid of the old smell. Seemed to have all needed essentials. Wouldn’t recommend coming on Wednesdays lawn care showed up at 6am waking entire house. The lawn care company was very rude.
Wonderful family gathering venue. The 15 members of our family couldn’t have enjoyed themselves more. We hired a tennis pro to come for daily lessons for the 9 & 11 year old boys. When not on the court or playing outstanding nearby golf courses everyone was in the pool for non stop fun. Terrific vacation for three generations!
We’ve been renting this property for family get togethers for over thirty years and have made many, many amazing memories here. It never disappoints for large varied groups of family members and a family friends. We always find it lives up to our memories. The pool/old carriage house is great for kids. The landscaping is lovely and the caretakers are friendly and welcoming. The phone number for the owners could use an update, we tried to get ahold of them and didn’t get through. There was some confusion involved. Otherwise a very lovely stay.
This location is extremely convenient to everything in St George! The yard is drop dead gorgeous, beautiful big trees that have been there for over 100 years, pioneer home that makes you feel like your stepping back in time, then step out the door to a swimming pool & tennis court. Definitely the best of both worlds! We didn't have kids with us this trip, but they would have loved this place. The carriage house is so cute. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in the heart of St. George
We loved our stay at the Greenemanor. Very big home with big bedrooms and comfy beds. The property is well-kept, everything was clean and the landscaping is lovely.
The kids had a blast playing on the huge property.
It’s one of the few rental properties that a located in the center of St. George. You don’t even need a car to get to Bars, Restaurants etc.
Pool, Hot Tub and Tennis’s Court on side. What else do I need to say?!

This is an absolutely amazing property. It is the perfect setup for a multi family stay.
The house is huge and has huge bedrooms. The outdoor cottage is fantastic for families to sleep in. The location was close to parks and main roads. We had a blast swimming in the pool and playing tennis. We loved the big kitchen and dining room. We can’t wait to come back again!!!!!!!!

Dirty with brown recluse spiders in the house
When we stayed here it was dirty, not vacuumed, mold in the coffee maker, cob webs, mold in the showers, broken tiles and dead bugs all over. The first night we found 2 brown recluses. The next morning we found another brown recluse and a black widow. We checked out after staying there only one night. After many emails to Sarah we were assured some thing would be done once she talked to the owner. We were also informed that they changed property managers and they received other complaints. I was told we would receive at least a partial refund since we only stayed one night. We have yet to hear back or receive anything. It’s been almost 2 months.

It's a beautiful, quaint home.
Our Women's soccer team stayed in this home. They complimented the home. We had a great time. There were a few issues that I will bring to the attention of the website. The refrigerator door doesn't have guard rails and this diminished the capacity to hold more items. We couldn't turn on the Hot Tub, (no directions that we could find). Swimming pool is NOT heated.
We did appreciate that the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Cozy home away from home
We traveled to St. George for the half IM event in May. This was our first time in St. George. Our stay could not have been more perfect as we had a beautiful home away from home at the Green Manor House. We were able to walk to the town square from the house and quickly drive to the interstate. The house has everything that you need, from lots of towels to very comfy beds and plenty of TV's. The carriage house was perfect as another sleeping option with plenty of beds. The house has a lot of charm and history. We had plenty of room and space. We will return back again and we hope to stay in the house next year!

Great home!
My family of 5 adults all agree that this was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the large bedrooms, the king size bed and each couple had their own bathroom. There were ample pots and pans in the large kitchen. The TV was huge and far enough away from the bedrooms that sound wasn't an issue. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the mornings and sitting by the pool at night. The home was very clean - absolutely no need to clean anything. There was ample parking and this home is located on a quiet street. You can easily walk to the 2 nearby bike shops for rentals. I've stayed here twice and absolutely love it!

Great home!
My family stayed here over Easter and had a great time. The yard is very well kept. The beds were very comfortable and the pool and tennis court were a hit with the family. The property manager, Sam, was extremely responsive when the pool filter system was not working. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this home to others!

A great base for outdoor activities
We used this house as a base to visit Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and nearby Snow Canyon State Park and Yankee Doodle Canyon. It fit our two families with room to spare.
The house was as-advertised. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room are all spacious. The price was quite reasonable.
The pool was fantastic, with lights and a separated 1.5-foot-deep area that was just right for our three-year-old daughter.
The house is close to a market and has easy access to the town's main streets.
We had some glitches, most of which were understandable; some were fixed during our stay.

Big, Historic, Run Down
Upon arrival we first noticed how dirty the house looked. There were weeds, leaves and trash all over the property. My mother in law swept the kitchen floor the first evening and got a sweeping pile that looked like 2-3 weeks worth of debris on the floor. In the "Carriage House" next to the bed was a bag of moldy and rotted food that made the house stink. The pool was dirty and had to be cleaned. (May have been from a recent storm) The sidewalks and pathways around the pool were also dirty. All in all we spent about 3 hours cleaning the property in an effort to feel comfortable. The hot tub water was green. Once we got past that the house was OK. There is a lot of room. We would have loved it if the Tennis Courts had lights but they didn't. We come to St George several times a year but unfortunately will not be staying at the Greene Manor. I had high hopes for this historic house but it just has not been kept up. For a few thousand dollars and a good cleaning crew this property could be a 3-4 star property.

Family Reunion done RIGHT!
Our family of 18 truly loved this home. It has character! We loved the home more than words can describe. It was a PERFECT fit for our family. Two grandparents, 4 Sisters and Brothers (with spouses) and 8 grandchildren ranging from 17 to 18 months. The bunk house for perfect for the 6 boys! The pool couldn't have been better. The tennis courts kept the boys busy and the wonderful A/C kept us cool. We will use this home again! Plenty of parking, plenty of room and plenty of fun!
