This was the perfect spot for my vacation! Close to both Ocean Isle and Sunset, delicious restaurants (Maria’s Pizzeria!), and such a homey feeling place.

It was a very cute and cozy little place to stay at. I really loved the decorations and it was a nice place to stay to explore the beach for a few days. I would definitely recommend if you are ever wanting to go on a trip with a friend or partner.

Jane was an amazing host! Most places will not let you book an overnight stay. She did! It is a cute little getaway that isn’t far from food, inter coastal waterways, and the beach! It is definitely a little hidden treasure!

The Best Studio EVER! Amazing, cozy, SUPER clean. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. We were so impressed by the way Jean has poured into this studio so much love and care to make you feel like a VIP guest. Thank you so much Jean! We'll be back. Everyone that has stayed there left wonderful reviews and they are so right on! I hope we get lucky enough to book your place again! You are pretty busy with guests coming back! Cannot say enough great things about Jane and her cute little rental! My daughter and I were in town to celebrate her 16th birthday and our stay made the trip even more memorable. So much love and thought was put into this place from pretty much having anything you could possible “need” to the beautiful art! I loved that there were plenty of games and books to keep you entertained on a rainy day also. Great location and peaceful neighborhood!

This was the perfect spot to just stay in and sleep and come back to after a nice day at the beach.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The studio was clean, airy and bright with everything we needed and more. Our host had notes in the space explaining what was available to do in the surrounding area and beyond. It was so peaceful and I would definitely recommend this space for anyone traveling to the area.

Jane was very welcoming and showed extra care and concern for my well being because of the 2026 “snowicane”. We navigated it together and I remained safe, buffering the previously booked stay with an extra day before and afterwards.
