Studio Buron des Gardes
Superb Functional Studio in the Residence with Stairs and without Lift from the Guards' Hut with Accommodation Capacity for 4 People. The View of the Ski Slopes and Direct Access to Them Add a Plus to Your Stay. You Will Be Located in the Centre of the Station. The Proximity to the Station Shops Just Two Steps from the Studio Will Make Your Rental Very Appreciable.
It consists of an entrance with bunk beds in 90x190, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets, a living room with television and a sofa bed in 140x190, open to a fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker... Everything needed for raclette and fondue is available in this accommodation. There is also a balcony overlooking the meadow.
This accommodation is ideal for a family or friends holiday!
You will have an underground covered parking space with a maximum height of 1m85. Vehicles higher than this will need to park in free public car parks. A private ski storage room is included with the rental.
Internet connection is not available in this accommodation.
Animals are not allowed.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. We can rent these to you upon request via our agency.
Cleaning must be done before your departure. If you would like a cleaning service, it will cost you 50 euros.

Charmant studio, tout confort, au pied des pistes
Studio bien équipé, très confortable, modernité d’un style IKEA , salle de bain avec baignoire, balcon ensoleillé dès 13h , très bien placé au cœur de la station et au pied des pistes, proposant en plus un parking en sous-sol
Malgré la diversité des équipements ménagers(lave-vaisselle, cocotte minute, appareil à raclette, presse-agrume, gaufrier,…) il manque une simple poêle

Super séjour au Lioran
L emplacement est idéal, au pied des pistes, avec un stationnement en sous-sol. Le studio est fonctionnel et a été joliment re décoré.
Comme évoqué avec Justine, il faudrait envisager de changer le barillet de la porte d’entrée car très compliqué à ouvrir et fermer la porte …
Il faudrait également penser à changer les poêles qui sont gondolées.
