Exceptional location! Magnificent sea view! View of the island of Marie Galante! Direct access to the beach. Refurbished studio on the 1st and last floor with balcony, in a quiet, well-maintained residence in a very well located residence, close to all amenities. You will have a private parking space.
King size bed, cot for baby or cot on request, TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, a bathroom for your comfort.
For your breakfast, you have the restaurant L'Oasis gourmande.
You have free access to a magnificent swimming pool.
The studio is 5 minutes from the shops, 15 minutes from the Pointe des Châteaux and 50 minutes from the airport by car.
Pets are welcome.
