Calme et bien situé pour visiter l'Anjou.Caves et château de Saumûr,Rochemenier,Château de Brézé et se reposer dans cette maison bien agencée avec beaucoup de goût.le plus table de ping-pong et baby foot.

belle propriété très mal située

L' accueil, les locaux , l'équipement sont impeccables. Malheureusement, la propriété est située à un rond-point plus que passager et ne possède pas de clim à l'étage. On a donc le choix entre la chaleur ou le bruit des véhicules. Les nuits ne sont pas de tout repos! c'est ballot pour des vacances!

Bonjour Gérard, Effectivement vous avez séjourné en période de canicule avec une journée à...42 degrés. Comme toute maison possédant des chambres à l'étage, il y faisait très chaud c'est certain. Vous aviez cependant un petit refuge avec la climatisation dans la pièce du bas.

tout a été parfait, Nous avons été très bien reçu, la maison correspondait à l'annonce, aussi bien pour l'accueil que la remise des clés les gérants sont très arrangeant et très gentils.
