Check into relaxation in this second-floor condo which sleeps six. Wood paneling throughout gives this unit a cabin-like feel. Hang your things on the convenient pegs just inside the door. The cozy kitchen has all the appliances, drip coffee maker, appliances, basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes you need to enjoy your stay. You can see a palm tree sway through the window. Outside the kitchen, a glass dining table seats six. The living room provides two comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. You can go out the door to step onto the private balcony which overlooks the courtyard with Gulf views. See it all from chairs on the balcony, whether you want to watch a game of sand volleyball or see the seabirds diving in the waves. Back inside, the master bedroom (BR1) has a King-sized bed and use of the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. The unique mirror is decorated with shells and sea rocks and golden birds swoop above the beds. The second bedroom (BR2) has two full-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. All the bedding matches with quaint seashell designs. The second bathroom has plenty of natural light from the window for when you're getting ready. Dolphins and other sea creatures swim around the walls in paintings and other art throughout the unit. Amenities include Blow-dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, access to BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

4th of July vacation

Stayed over 4th of July weekend for 4 nights. Overall we had a great experience. Plenty of space in the condo for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Lots of kitchenware available for cooking. Enjoyed convenient beach and pool access, and security at the condo complex seemed very good. Overall the condo was clean, but the couches had a dog smell even though pets are supposedly not allowed at this property, and they were sandy.

I have hot water the entire time, dishwasher was broken. Nobody took responsibility and seemed to not care when I told them about the problems. I won’t rent ever again.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of ocean! The property was easy to find. The check in process simple and security and office personnel were helpful and friendly. The condo probably could use some treatment/extermination for insects (roaches)

Spring Break

We brought our family of 5 to the beach for spring break. It was nice to have security on the property. We were not looking for the normal crazy parties, especially with COVID. Check in was a breeze and the property met our needs for our stay.
