Free standing single house, completely renovated inside and out, side wide outdoor deck with 8 foot family bench in the back, new gas grill, screened in front porch, internet radio in bathroom, rain shower head, charger deck for 3 phones in living room, Bamboo sheets on every bed, king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the other bedroom, split ac units so you can set separate temperatures in each room with remote, enough space to park your boat in the back, lockbox, dishwasher, washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, all new kitchen utensils, pots and pans, silverware, glasses.

Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for our boat, nice back deck, TV Simple to operate, kitchen fully stocked to meet our needs, comfortable beds and best of all—-COLD AC!
