Direct Ocean Front Unit on 14th floor in Myrtle Beach, SC

Hi Ken, Thank you for your feedback. I do need to respectfully disagree with the one-star rating and the statement that the pictures were “not even close.” The listing photos are current and show the actual condo and property. The condo itself is clean, well maintained, and has had many recent updates, including flooring, bedding, curtains, furniture, TV, kitchen items, beach chairs, and umbrella. Nothing in the listing is presented as something it is not. I understand that the building itself is older and is not new construction, but that is very different from saying the condo is outdated or that the photos are inaccurate. The pools and amenities are open and fully functional, and as an individual owner I maintain my unit carefully while the building and common areas are managed by the HOA. A one-star rating generally suggests a severely poor stay, major cleanliness problems, misleading conditions, or serious issues. Your own comments say the room was okay, the owner was great to deal with, and that it was a good value for the price, which seems very inconsistent with a one-star rating. If there was something specific in the condo that did not match the photos, please let me know or send me a picture. I genuinely want to understand it and correct anything that needs attention.
