Discover this charming accommodation designed for your comfort and a peaceful holiday.
You’ll enjoy a bright living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, opening directly onto a lovely terrace with an electric awning—perfect for outdoor meals.

The functional kitchen includes everything you need: 2 induction hobs, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The cosy bedroom features a comfortable 160 cm bed and a wardrobe.
You will also appreciate the bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as the separate toilet.
The entire accommodation has been cleverly optimized with sliding pocket doors, offering a smooth and pleasant living space.

Small pets are welcome (1 per stay).

WIFI ACCESS - ELECTRIC PLANCHA - GARDEN FURNITURE - 1 PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
