From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The living area with flat-screen TV opens onto a lovely partly covered terrace, a true extension of the living space where you can fully enjoy the outdoors.
The compact, well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and convenient, featuring a 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and direct access to the terrace, as well as a cabin bedroom with two bunk beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe, ideal for children.
A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
The real highlight?
A 15 m² south-east facing terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture—perfect for sunny breakfasts, relaxing moments, or warm summer evenings.
Although the apartment does not have a washing machine, everything you need is close by: a laundry and dry-cleaning service just 100 m away, bike rentals nearby, and easy access to the region’s beautiful cycle paths for exploring the area.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
