Whilst the house is clearly a nice property in terms of location and grounds, unfortunately the condition of the accommodation itself did not meet expectations, nor did it reflect the price we paid.During our stay we experienced several issues, including:Fans not working, with no replacements provided. Making sleeping very uncomfortable/impossible.Old, broken chairs and unkempt sofas.Oven not functioning properly.A mouse problem, with no traps or solutions provided despite being raised.A damp smell in the wardrobes.The swimming pool being murky, not clean.These problems made the stay less comfortable than anticipated and, in our view, the accommodation was not of a standard we would reasonably expect for the rate charged. We stay often in villa rentals and we have never experienced these issues before.

Lovely villa in a great location

We stayed at this villa as two families (4 adults, 5 teenagers / kids) and it's size was perfect for us. It's in a nice secluded location, but only 15 mins walk from the town, so ideally located. The villa is well equipped, having everything you should need for your stay. There were a couple of issues that we weren't quite able to get resolved, despite the efforts of the property maintenance team, which is the only reason for not giving the full 5 stars. We'd definitely look up this villa again, if we come back to the area.
