Fantastic pool with slide, private tennis court

Sivina is a spacious family villa with an elegant classical style. Mamorfliesen give the house in summer a cool ambience. Over the large entrance hall leads to an open living and dining area with comfortable sofas and decorative fireplace (which unfortunately can not be used). Patio doors lead to the garden and the furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard and is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. A washing machine is located in the lying because utility room, a clothes dryer located in the garage. A double bedroom and one with two single beds are located on the ground floor and share a large family bathroom with an elevated circular bath and shower. A further shower room with toilet is to enter from the outside. About a grand staircase with long hanging chandelier leads to another living room overlooking the garden and pool up to the tennis court. Patio doors lead out to a sun terrace; ideal for private sunbathing. The main double bedroom has a dressing area. Two more beautiful bedrooms with two single beds have a wonderful view over the countryside. Upstairs is a bathroom with marble tiles and a round bathtub.

All bedrooms have free standing fans and central heating for early and late booking periods with specified operating hours.

The Outside there is landscaped generously and in addition to citrus trees and a private tennis court (without lights). Table tennis is also available. The beautifully designed and superbly equipped terrace overlooks the pool here and can relax and enjoy excellent outdoor meals that can be cooked on the barbecue, an outdoor sink is available. The spacious pool (12 m - 4. 5 m, depth 1 m - 2 m) makes with roman steps and a water slide not only fun for children.
