About this property

Renovated family home with a footpath acces to the sea

Completely renovated farmhouse in the small commune of Guimaëc (1000 inhabitants) with sea views from the garden and the house. The house comprises a spacious, light-filled living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, and upstairs a mezzanine study and a final bedroom.

This farmhouse has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a bedroom on the mezzanine (accessed via small staircases). It can accommodate up to 9 people.

The large room on the ground floor houses a sitting room with fireplace, a dining area with large table and a modern kitchen with central island. On the ground floor, you'll also find a storage room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Household linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).
End-of-stay cleaning option: 65€ttc
Double bed kit (bed linen and towels): 30€ttc/bed
Single bed kit (bed linen and towels): 25€ttc/bed

The night side is separated by 2 small steps and the corridor leads to 2 sea-view bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 90x200 bed and a bench that can be converted into two 80x200 beds (not separable), a WC and a shower room.
Upstairs, an office/games room on the mezzanine with a sea view and a sea-view bedroom with 2 beds 90x200.

Outside, you have access to
- A dining area with garden furniture
- A large lawned garden with sea view

Pets are accepted in the accommodation, but we would ask you to be careful not to leave any dog poo in the garden for subsequent tenants.

The house is located in a hamlet of 3 houses, with no busy road.
The unfenced garden borders a field.
In terms of activities, there is a sailing and surfing school in Locquirec (2kms), a pony club, numerous beaches, the GR34 by the sea, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, and local markets throughout the week.
From Plougasnou, you can take a boat to the island of Batz (dogs allowed) or to the Château du Taureau.

Access to the beach:
Plage de Poul Roudou - 10/15 minute walk along the path that joins the GR.
Plage de Vili Izella - 35/40 minutes' walk along the path that joins the GR.
Plage du Moulin de la Rive à Locquirec - 6 minutes by car
Plougasnou beach - 12 minutes by car

Just 3 kilometres from Guimaëc, you'll quickly reach the village and its shops (bakery, mini-market, butcher's). The nearest town to the house is Lanmeur, where you'll find a supermarket with a petrol station, a medical centre and a veterinary clinic (less than 10 minutes' drive from the house).
