Vacation apartment Gawlik 2, close to the center of Deggendorf, short and long-term vacationers

Lovingly furnished apartment with an exclusive flair. The apartment is about 75 square meters, located on the 1st Floor and can be reached via its own entrance door.


Through the hallway with a small cloakroom you get into your premises. The spacious and open living and dining area was furnished with great attention to detail for our guests.


You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with a modern dining area. So you have a delimited comfortable kitchen and dining area. In the directly adjacent living area there is a comfortable seating with a view of the flat-screen TV, which immediately invites you to linger. Here you also have access to the approx. 25 sqm sun terrace with table and seating set and a parasol.


The apartment has two bedrooms that are furnished with a double bed and two single beds. The bedrooms are spacious and modern.


This apartment is rounded off by an exclusive bathroom with a 1.5 sqm wellness shower incl. Seating. In the bathroom there is also a modern vanity with mirror cabinet and a toilet, which is separated by a wall. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Die Vermieter sind absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich schön. Wir haben selten so eine schöne Wohnung entdeckt und dann noch für den Preis. Es stimmt einfach alles. Die Küche ist perfekt und das Badezimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Deggendorf oder im Skigebiet. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und empfehlen diese Wohnung jedem! Auf ein Wiedersehen!
