Walking distance to everything *Easy walk to Farmers Market, City Beach, Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops,shopping, & more. 15 min drive to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, 5 min walk to Dover Biking Trail.

A Sandpoint native, Mindy returned to her sweet little town from where she has spent the majority of her life, the island of Kauai. Her husband & children now have traded in their surfboards for snowboards to experience seasons and the joys of small town life.
