Waterfront home with dock on Lake Barkley

Amazing view with beautiful sunsets and waterfront access to the main lake on Lake Barkley. This home is situated on a point, offering panoramic views of the main lake as well as Donaldson creek. It is an excellent location for water sports and Fishing. The large boat dock is ready for use for those that want to bring a boat or rent one from the local marina. The boat ramp is just around the corner and a 2min boat ride from the home. Two kayaks are available for guest use.

This beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms and sleeps 11. Two bedrooms on the main floor, each have a set of bunk beds and a full or queen bed. Master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed private bath. Large downstairs area full of fun with a ping pong table and a dart board, couches and 2 twin pullouts, great for large gatherings.

This home is fully furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and appliances, including a microwave, Dishwasher, crockpot, air fryer, ice cream maker, Keurig Coffee Pot that offers a single cup or full pot for a lager group, blender, serving trays and basic spices. Generous linens are provided and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer will help extend your stay.

This home is located in a beautiful small town area and the Land Between the Lakes is a major highlight. Unlimited WiFi access is provided. We offer the best satellite option available. The unlimited WiFi supports multiple devices and streaming on two smart TVs. There are occasional challenges with satellite internet that comes with being in remote areas and during those times, we encourage use of the card games, ping pong table, darts, visiting the Elk and Bison area, horseback riding or water sports. Cable is not provided, however smart TVs connect through streaming apps. A DVD blue ray player is also available in the downstairs living area.

Two beautiful decks enhance the view. The upstairs deck has outdoor dining options and is equipped with a gas grill. Enjoy the sunset by relaxing in the cedar swing downstairs.

Afternoons are special at this home when sitting with family, gazing at the stars and enjoying a nice fire in the outdoor fire pit.

The large driveway accommodates multiple cars and a boat trailer that can turn around for easy entrance and exit.

Our visit was wonderful. The home was situated on the lake, with a boat dock where we fished daily and caught a bunch of fish. The steep hill was a challenge for us older folks but slow and steady we made it safely. The home was fully stocked and very clean. A perfect place for our fall break get away with our pup and grandson to build memories. The deck was perfect to hang out on and see the wildlife wander by, we saw a fox, fawn and many herons, and each evening enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets.

Beautiful, expansive view!

The house was as described with beautiful views of the lake set on a great property at the end of the road. The host was great to deal with and the house was well stocked with everything, and more, that we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck. We enjoyed our time there much.

Beautiful home with stunning views

I rented this home for family visiting over the holiday weekend. The house was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in and it is obvious the host takes your comfort as their guest seriously. The home is light-filled and the finished basement does not feel like a basement at all. The basement bedroom with ensuite is comfortable with amazing lake views. The decks are spacious, breezy (even in July) and everywhere there is a relaxing waterview. I will definitely rent again. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with clear instructions.To our hosts - Thank-you!!

Easter Boat Week

Excellent house for boaters. The dock was wonderful and I was able to park my 24 ft boat in the drive the 1st night. The driveway to the house is steep so have plenty of truck if you have a heavy boat. House is clean and perfect for kids. Wonderful few of lake

Relaxing Get-away

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was nice, roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. We caught tons of fish off the dock and saw lots of wildlife. Great place to stay, can’t wait to go back next year!

Great views!

The house is well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and needed for our stay. There is a dollar general and gas station 10 minutes away if you forget to bring anything. The gas station has bait and fishing gear if you’re wanting to put a line in the water. The dock was a favorite place for the family to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

This is a spacious home with outstanding views of the lake! The boat dock is the nicest one we’ve had the pleasure of using as boat owners. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful water views

Such a lovely, restful week on the lake! The location of the property on the lake provides beautiful water views. The kids loved the ping pong and games provided, and we all enjoyed the kayaks and meals on the upstairs porch. Paisley was a wonderful host, with quick and helpful communication. The house was well-appointed and clean. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 was looking for a quick getaway and some peace and quiet over our kids' spring break week. The place is in a great location while the layout and cleanliness of the house was perfect for us. Paisley was very responsive in all communications prior to our arrival. Absolutely perfect

Everything was just as described. The house was immaculate, i was so impressed with the cleanliness of the house. WELL DONE. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. The property is very private, and the neighbors across the way were kind and even shared a watercraft with us for a bit. The view is breathtaking. We fell in love with the area and already planning our next visit. This was the best vacation we have had in a long time. Thank you so much, Paisley!!

Lake Barkley 2022

This is a very nice property that offers everything you need for a relaxing stay right on the lake. The home is beautiful with a private covered boat dock great for playing in the water. We really enjoyed our stay, however, please be aware that the owner / property manager is very petty and if you do not follow every direction to the letter expect additional charges. My granddaughter accidentally left one of her favorite dresses behind and would you believe that was listed as a reason for additional charges. We had a wonderful stay and if it weren't for the owner we would have made a return trip.

We fell in love with Lake Barkley and the Land Between the Lakes as this was a central location to enjoy time with our family. We live in Missouri and our family lives in Alabama. This home is the perfect place to enjoy family time together. We have 2 teenagers that enjoy the water and this property has enabled wonderful family gatherings. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
