Beautiful full apartment, portion of a country house, with independent entrance, situated in a property of 20 hectares of fields, olive trees and wood. Two-story house: on the ground floor a beautiful and spacious sitting room with a special atmosphere, piano, and a complete bathroom with shower. On the first floor two bedrooms, one complete bathroom with bath tub, and living room with Kitchen corner and fireplace.
The price includes cleaning fee. HEATING costs are extra charged, 10€ per night.

Beautiful Villa

This is our second stay at this Villa. Martina is a wonderful host and the villa is beautiful. The location is great for discovering both Umbria and Tuscany. We did a different town almost every day. Most towns with a hour or hour 1/2. For longer cities the Fabro train station 15 minutes away. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax away from a hotel.
