This loft is conveniently located above the Downtown Square Parking lot, ensuring ample parking availability. Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!
Getting Around:
Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more!

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
LONG TERM STAYS:
Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay. This is a great spot in downtown. Lots of great restaurants and overall fun vibe. Easy access to the highway. Ease of parking. Clean apartment with comfortable bed.
When we arrived there was no hot water. Once notified they host provided information to help us reset the breaker serving the hot water system. The system serves the whole building so it took awhile to recover. Once the water was heated, all was good.
Comfortable and clean. In a great location with lots to do. Host was informative and communicated quickly and answered any questions we had. Very nice visit and would stay here again

I was in town with my teenage son and his friend for a concert and needed a place to stay that was clean, roomy, and convenient. This apartment was exactly what I was looking for! It's also in a great area with lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The owner provided great communication the entire stay. I can highly recommend staying here - and it was so much more affordable than the hotels in the area.
This was the perfect location for our visit with our son to ETSU for a baseball workout and brief tour of the college. The accommodations were listed accurately and super clean with absolutely no surprises. Thanks for the stay and if he ends up at ETSU we will definitely be back.
