Welcome to Les Houches!

It has a charming living area with a bunk bed and sofa bed, a shower room and a fully-equipped functional kitchen. A BALCONY is also at your disposal.
During your stay, you'll enjoy the following facilities: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Microwave oven, Grill, Raclette machine, Nespresso, Italian coffee maker.

The city center is just 5 minutes away by car.
You'll be just a 5-minute walk from the Prarion ski lifts (Domaine des Houches) and Lac des Chavants, with a host of summer activities including rock climbing, fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, the rope pyramid, picnics...
All mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking...
You can also discover Chamonix (only 15 minutes away by car), or take a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.
The apartment is close to the shuttle buses that take you to either the Chamonix or Les Houches ski areas.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800 m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
