About this property

Mazot (small chalet) in mountain style, comfortable and well-equipped.

Located along the river, in the center of the typical village of Servoz, near Chamonix (10mn), the thermal baths of St Gervais (7mn) and Sallanches (15mn). Geneva 45 minutes away.
The accommodation includes a living room with an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, TV) and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed, a sloping children's corner with 1 single bed suitable for a young child as well as a WC. Beautiful terrace overlooking the river.
Ideal base in all seasons to enjoy the joys and sumptuous landscapes offered by the surrounding mountains: Mont-Blanc massif, Fiz chain ...... You can choose a relaxing, cultural or sporting stay (hiking, climbing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.). Children are not left out in the valley. They will be able to discover the Merlet animal park, take advantage of the sports facilities, practice tree climbing, discover the Chamonix amusement park, ......
Italy and Switzerland are in the immediate vicinity if you want to broaden your horizons

Superb place to stay. Excellent, friendly and accommodating hosts. The chalet is a perfect size for a couple and our week long stay. Lots of hiking, cycling and other wonderful activities to do in the summer months. The Gorges are right next to the accommodation as is the river that runs from it. Highly recommended.

Well equipped. Bathroom’s shower and tap need maintenance. Large terrace with shade and barbecue. Next to the river and the noise mai bother someone ;) There isn’t WiFi. Free parking in front of the house. Very good location: Bus 1 minut walking and train station 15 minutes. Very kind and generous owner.

Uns hat es gut in dem kleinen Haus gefallen. Es liegt direkt an einem Fluss, und man hört die ganze Zeit ein Rauschen. Eine Strasse führt direkt am Haus vorbei, die man aber wegen dem Wasser nicht hört. Wir haben das Wasserrauschen sehr genossen. Auf dem Foto ist das Haus in der Sonne gelegen. Mittlerweile sind die Bäume hoch gewachen und das Haus liegt im Schatten. Was aber ein guter Sichtschutz zur Strasse bildet.Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Dorf und Einkaufsladen, Restaurant, Bäckerei sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir können die Pizza auf der anderen Flussseite empfehlen.Und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Contrairement à l'annonce, le logement n'est pas récent et manque de suivi d'entretien. La literie et le canapé sont vétustes et totalement inconfortables ainsi que les manges debout pour les repas. Situé en contre-bas de la route à la vue des gens et soumis aux bruits des voitures et du torrents à côté, notre séjour ne fut pas celui qu'on imaginait. Manque d'entretien du site, robinetterie bizarre, douche au finition grossière, bac de douche mal posé qui bouge, mobilier inconfortable et vieillissant, des détails qui agacent et épuisent (surtout la literie, mal aux reins tous les matins) sur l'ensemble du séjour. Heureusement que l'on n'a pas loué 2 semaines, on n'aurait pas supporté. Location décevante malgré le charme annoncé d'un petit chalet.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour hivernal avec notre fils de 4 ans, notre hôte a été de très bon bons conseil pour découvrir les environs, et l’accueil a été particulièrement agréable. Les stations de ski sont rapidement accessibles (10 min pour les houches) et Chamonix est à 15 min en voiture. Le logement est bien équipé, et les commodites sont à proximité. Merci pour ce séjour !

Sejour rafraichissant au bord de la rivière

Chalet cosy bien équipé. Ideal pour un couple. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse. Possibilité d accéder a l eau de la rivière. Rafraichissant pendant la canicule.

Un accueil des plus charmants, un emplacement rêvé dans un petit chalet très confortable, des logeurs infiniment sympathiques, de magnifiques randonnées à 2 pas, notre séjour fut en tous points parfait!
